Hworang has 2 really big modes. The first is punish, with that big launcher of his. Good movement makes you whiff, then he gets a big punish. The second is strings that transition to lows a lot. These two things require a little bit of effort to deal with, which is why a lot of worse players struggle against Hworang. The answer, is to turn your brain on and see which mode they're in. Act accordingly. Don't swing randomly.
