I'm not generally a fan of romance films, but I really enjoyed this one. Original and heartfelt, clever, and perfectly cast.
what about the time traveler's / traveller's wife ? haruhi suzumiya? higurashi? umineko? they are all scifi/fantasy time loop stuff with romance
@@nicbentulan this isn't romance though
What a delightful and charming movie this was!!
The Map of Tiny Perfect Things is in some ways analogous to why I enjoy watching The Take's videos. They manage to take small perfect moments from movies I love or movies I've never seen and contextualize them in ways that make the themes and meanings stand out and hit home (yes I cry a bunch when watching these, don't judge me) in ways that aren't readily apparent when watching the whole movie.
I can relate to this!!!
I love how they used Pachabell Canon as one of the sound track; a bass line with 8 notes that repeats over and over again (musical torture for a cello player)
Both leads were really cute and likable. I loved their outfits.
This movie is such an underrated gem. My friend told me about it or I wouldn't have watched it.
I really liked this movie. It reminded me of a teenage version of "Palm Springs", though I must say that I definitely loved this movie better, since it taught me to appreciate the little things! 😻
I loved this movie so much! I thoughtful that Mark was super cute and witty and I really like the metaphor of the time loop and how we can have these moments in life that makes it all worth it.
This movie is an underrated gem
Listen, Amazon Studios. In the end of the movie I saw the open door with Mark and Margaret and returning in the second part. Please make a movie sequel entitled "The Map of Tiny Perfect Things 2" in the works, ok? That Mark and Margaret returns in the movie sequel with the second part. With two time loops are better than one.
Huh?
I just wanna know how much time they remained stuck in the loop because at some point they both claim they've been experiencing the same day a thousand times which implies at least 3~4 years?
I was wondering the same exact thing, it would be great if we got a prequel
Just 200 years
also why have they not met before if they were stuck for years. i'm sure they would have bumped into each other within a week seeing she would be the only thing different and very noticable and vice versa
Flip WAIT!! Let me watch the movie and get back to this video.
I think we all have a Margaret in our life:) A Margaret that we will carry to eternity: for when you love someone so deeply, they can't never die. All the tiny perfect little things that make life so beautiful.
it was such a genuine fun moviee, no quirky pixie girl or bullshit. Enjoyed it :')
honestly, I didn't like this movie but The Take always does such a great job of enriching the small things and overall themes of stories that it definitely made me appreciate it more
I agree
Makes me want to watch it even more
most perfect thing ever 💖✨
loved this movie, it was tiny perfect thing
Do The Wilds please!
have you considered 16 minutes of the wilds bloopers instead?
Nice :)
Man, is Kyle Allen related to Joseph Gordon-Levitt? He also looks like young Brad Pitt in Benjamin Button movie.
He does look like Joseph Gordon Levitt!!!
He does like heath ledger i think🤔❤️
lool im not alonee
This movie is the exact same as Happy Death Day (1 and 2) and Life is Strange
It’s not though.
16 Min 🚶 really ??
😄
Can someone list 16 perfect things in the film. because I'm recreating Mark's Map...
You didn’t watch it?
@@gaila.9852 more than 10 times, couldn’t figure few of them out😬
@@hansilizing You watched the movie?

Kathryn Newton was giving me serious Miley Cyrus vibes in this movie.
What behind the story of this film can any one explain it
I enjoyed the movie, but found the casting difficult to get around. The main protagonists are both far too old for the parts. Mark is obviously played by an actor about 10 years older than suggested (17).
dude they look 16-17 in the movie, for me casting was on point
I completely disagree.
The movie is ok, this video is not!
Were you forced to do it? sounds like it.. you ended with a video on a loop as well, repeating repeating repeating
a feminist masterpiece from the point of idea and script... all this.... "why would you want to (to leave the patriarchy world) You d be the center of the universe you could do anything" even he is not a jerk in general... and make fun of antifeminist conspiracy
This movie sucked
How?
I loved it
great movie
Must be because you are too stupid to understand the actual meaning behind it
@@selgeaus no reason to be toxic.
