Would highly suggest the Tankless Water Heater. Takes a bit to warm up but once it is going, you get constant hot water.

We have an instant gas hot water heater at out camp and love it. It provides copious amounts of hot water! Great decision! Now, get solar panels... they pay for themselves. Ours are going strong after 9 years!
And if you get photovoltaic solar panels, buy them outright so you own them, and are not leasing them.

As a buyer, I will pay a little extra to buy from an established seller with a good seller satisfaction percentage rate. Trust is more important than saving $10.
I'd spent a fair bit more to choose someone with only great reviews over someone with half a dozen terrible ones- even worse when they respond to the reviews in a way you can tell they have the worst customer service lol

Trick R Treat is one of my family's favorite movies!! Our son's name is Sam because of the movie!!!! And my 6 year old was born on Friday the 13th, that's another favorite movie of ours. 😊😊

I've learned that same lesson Dave. If you start a low bid on eBay generally it's gonna sell cheap.. Unfortunately not like it once was. So I only list things that I can live with taking a loss...

CGC sells a guide (it's still a bit subjective). CGC has been pumping out 9.9's lately.. that means you might end up with higher grades. You can get grade certified from CGC too. They also say to remove a 0.5 or 1.0 from the score you expect, if it's your own comics.

He'll never quit selling on Whatnot. It's the easiest way for CZcams resellers to offload their inventory to their viewers and get decent money out of it.

@@cameronmyers3401 It is best if you load the show with things that aren't worth more than $5 on ebay. From what I see the worthless stuff goes well over market but the valuable stuff goes way under market.

You can log into CGC and see what grades you got. How did you get CGC to send all your books back together? I recently sent three comics in to get graded and they shipped each book back separately, charging $20 a shipment.

Maybe you can charge shipping on the first purchase and all the rest a person buys is free shipping.
Considering how much of your time they wasted at the theater it is not unreasonable to ask about the food. And with their markup on food it should be a no brainer for the theater

They’re not “Hidden Fees” when they show you the breakdown. They’re just fees. I agree it’s hard to rewire your brain to do the reverse math , but it many cases what you pay is not much different. There are some sellers who aren’t adjusting, but the market ushers them out in the end.
With all the scams going on eBay many sellers will move to other platforms as well. So it may not be the market but its sellers tired of getting return requests with garbage and having to fight to get the money back
@@jeffreys4417 that is definitely another factor. IMO there seems to be less scams on Mercari. Hence why I tend to do more on Mercari. I've sold about 20 or so items on ebay the last 2 years and had 1 scam try to get me. On Mercari I'm closing in on 2000 sales and only 1 Scam tried. It worked out in my favor as I got the money and the changed out item they sent back to me. The Laws of economics often balance things out. I post my listing 10-15% higher on ebay and it all kind works out. Mercari backtrack on their return policy was probably a smart move as well.
