    Your belay carabiner is backward. Black diamond recommend that you attack the narrow end of those carabiners to a GriGri and attach the larger end to your belay loop. If the GriGri gets pulled to the side, It could potentially get jammed on the screw gate of the carabiner when you rig it the way that it's shown in this video.
