Hi, can I use the ryprn33 instead of the ps720 on my Troy bilt since your comparing both tools? Thanks......
According to the documentation, the Ryobi should work with most attachment-capable trimmers, including Troy-Bilt.
If I wanted longer reach is there extension shafts that I could buy to achieve the height I need with no ladder?
I'm not 100% certain, but Ryobi 308035047 may be what you need. You may want to check with Ryobi to see if there's a limit on the number of extensions that can be added.
So from my understanding the trimmer plus. Is the same as the dewalt pole saw so I can use the Ryobi one on my dewalt 60v can't I? The dewalt rebranded trimmer plus is junk and has a plastic head.
The Dewalt pole saw attachment I saw claims to be universal. If so, you most likely can use the Ryobi on the the Dewalt 60V.
With that extension it looks like it's gonna break in half. Does it feel sturdy?
Yes, it's very sturdy.
Why would you cut the branch on the ground without propping it up so the saw doesn't touch the ground and dull the blade?
As you can see in the video, I pulled up on the saw as soon as it passed through the branch; it never hit the ground.
What is the cc rating for each
I'm not sure. I know the Ryobi works with a wide variety of gas trimmers.
My Ryobi's chain keeps coming off no matter what I do. My neighbor has the Expand-It, and that does not happen, so I'm going to the Expand-It. Sorry Ryobi, not working for me. Great video, thanks.
