How to Jump Higher INSTANTLY | How to dunk with this Simple Trick! This video is about how to jump higher. In this video, I will be teaching you guys how to dunk off 2 feet easier with this trick. I started personally using this method back in high school to jump higher. I used to always see Dwyane Wade doing it and other NBA stars like Eric Bledsoe, Nate Robinson, and Derrick Rose. I figured it was a great way to increase vertical jump. So I implemented this method. It's going to take practice to jump higher and also some vertical jump training but this method helps a lot. This a simple secret to jump higher and increase vertical jump and to now only jump higher in basketball but other sport too like volleyball, etc.

Sorry about the editing at the end. Idk what happened smh
It is really natural move I do this naturally when I jump and also it is so effective but actually penultimate step is most important thing in two foot jumping.
For me, it's the arm swing.
@@jordanz881 cant arm swing when you dunk

DISCLAIMER straight leg jumping isn’t a bad thing, some people are just functionally Incapable, or lack the flexibility to do it. The foot to butt method is merely an option you can try and implement if you wish.
yo this shit actually works i got my first dunk today thanks
How tall are you?
Thank you 🙏🏽
Good observation bro. And I can help you explain it. So many people miss this critical point!
Ima try this
This video is sooooo cool....i mean i just got in the bag my first for real dunks just by doing this. I was a straight leg jumper i guess now I’m a dunker...good vid
Glad I can help
How to do that foot to butt workout?
What’s a good way to practice putting this into your jump or switching from straight leg to it?
I may do a video on that
Underrated af
I recently decided to start jumping off 2 feet. But how will I know if the kick method is actually working
Eventhough im like 5,11 gotno hops, thanks for the tip
Javier Rivera no problem!! Make sure you subscribe for me
This isn't so much of a method it just we as jumpers put so much pressure/force into the ground causing our feet, after we jump/ push off the ground to kick up. This is the rule of equal and opposite reaction( Equal being the force we put in to the ground and the opposite being our feet kicking to our butt). Simply we can't help it sometimes
Can I do this with 1 foot
Make a video on warm up's and activities on how to learn and use the method.
Definitely going to consider that
@@ck1sports are you still considering that
Ebube Oliobi most definitely
So if I jump so and with straight legs I'm jumping on the same height it just don't make any difference.
It might just be you or maybe the way you’re doing it. Try to take a video to see cuz I was trying it for a while and it lowered my jump cuz I had to keep thinking about it but once I got it in my muscle memory I naturally did it and gained like 2 inches
But doesn’t this come with force. For example, in sprinting if you copying Usain Bolt’s Form, you won’t yield the same RFD. So, does the heel to butt method come with force or technique? I believe Force. But I’m always open-minded for a discussion not an argument tho.
Rugor Benson maybe I should have worded it better but this doesn’t magically make you jumper. It’s actually both technique and force. When force is applied the foot to butt is a result of that. When a jumper approaches peak height, the legs reach maximal hip extension and knee flexion. So I believe is a result of technique and force. Because if technique is poor, typically the force on the jump isn’t applied substantially enough for us to see the hypertension and knee flexion post-flight. ( My opinion )
Where's the video where you show How to do the technique?
Has this actually worked for anyone?
Tell us your secret to your insane vertical
I Have trained My Jump and i can dunk i am 174
Why m I just hearing about this right now!?
Nobody got the secret sauce like us over here
@@ck1sports 🙏🏽 tnx
I used to see nba players do it a lot even one leg jumpers but I never knew it was a actual thing
So this isn’t actually true. Vertical is just the force push into the ground and arm swing. There is no way to get some sort of double jump in real life. What is does do is counter balance the upper body. Just like how your right arm swings down when throwing a baseball. That why basically every volleyball player does it because they need to spike the ball as hard at possible. Basically it doesn’t make you jump hard, but it can make your dunk harder.
When I do it
I get laughed at alot
You’re probably doing it wrong then 🤣
One thing worth mentioning is that Dame hasn’t had any major injury since being in the league. Both Nate Rob & D Rose have suffered ACL tears.
Great content tho!
Raymond Belleza great point but Dame is also a shooter. Doesn’t have to rely on this athleticism as much
