The problem with Man U is they've needed a complete clear out and rebuild for 5-10 years and they've still not done it after what 5 managers. Every time the new manager comes in they seem to keep most of the squad.. is this because they simply can't get rid of them or is it because they're failing at building their squad? Or is it because the board is pulling the strings and saying "we won't get rid of X player because we paid a lot for them and won't be able to recoup"?
