- The Riki Riki no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants its user incredible strength. It was eaten by Jesus Burgess. The Riki Riki no Mi bestows onto the user abnormal physical strength, such as the ability to lift up and throw gigantic objects. Whether there is an exact limit to the strength increase is currently unknown.
Burgess uses this fruit's power to bolster his already impressive physical strength to even further heights, to the point of being able to casually rip a mountain out of the ground, lift it over his head, and then hurl it away with his bare hands.

It was revealed that the target can resist the effects of the Op-Op Fruit if they were using enough Haki. That was why Law couldn't just teleport Kaido and Big Mom to the bottom of the sea. Blackbeard might've been doing just that, meaning he can't possibly be cut. A battle of Haki is too risky against a man with both the yami-yami and gura-gura fruits so his best bet is to make him fall into the water. It was the safest option against a Yonko with broken devil fruits. At this point, there was no way for him to move in the air given his fruits, that was until the Blackbeard Pirates Marksman walked in.
Yeah, of course, throwing a giant piece of boulder makes a lot sense to a guy who can cut through giant meteorites.

He was already pretty strong in the coliseum. His strength now is not to be underestimated and he can use haki as well something that most bb pirates haven’t portrayed yet. Burgess getting an awakening might turn him into a menace

This is the big difference between Luffy and Blackbeard. Blackbeard is all about artificial strength by having all his commanders have devil fruits to make them stronger. While Luffy and his crew have no devil fruits and just get stronger themselves without relying on artificial enhancements.
Wdym Luffy and his crew has no devil fruits and no artificial enhancements? Luffy, Robin, Chopper and Brooks has Devil Fruits. Sanji Got stronger by having the artificial enhancements done to him while he's not even born yet get activated. Franky's whole shtick is body enhancements using artificial means. The only ones natural in the Crew are Nami, Ussop, Jimbei and Zoro.

@@basillah7650 question then. paramicia type fruits can have side effects that alter the eater physical appearance, like how alividias smooth smooth fruit affected her body by making her thin. the physical effect of the strong strong fruit is making them look super ripped. so if burgess didn't eat the fruit till after dressrosa then why did he have the physical effect of the strong strong fruit at the Colosseum arena. also reading the manga after the blackbeard pirates captured pudding they were planning on taking some of the families fruits like oven and brulee. so why would they do that after even though it was made clear that all 12 members of the crew already have devil fruits. my guess is blackbeard is continuing to gather more allies and givin them the strongest fruits he can find.

You analysis is actually laughable.
First of all, Jesus is not meant to be a "weak person", he is meant to have absolutely retarded physical strengh, that is much higher than the physical strengh of everyone you mentioned here.
Also this devil fruit is not really strong at all, throwing boulders for example is retarded and would be absolutely useless against anyone with more than 100 mio berry bounty.
Only good use for this devil fruit is to close the distance, take a grip on a limp and just squeeze so the bones may break. However this exact same move might be much more effective with the devil powers of Akainu or Boa Hancock. Turning someone instantly to stone or burn him with magma seems to be much more effective than just breaking someone bones.
Not to mention that Hancocks and Akainus devil fruits also have alot of other possibilitys, while Jesus fruit is a one trick pony.
Even tho he looks like a one of VILLIAN Burgess is not the fool to be played with.

There has to be some payoff. Because Burgess's fruit can do what a lot of other top-tiers naturally. We've seen Jozu throw an iceberg that scared like 10 Giant vice-admirals, Jimbei and Sanji bullying a mountain-sized Wadatsumi on Fishmen Island, Zoro slashing a mountain-sized Pica with enough force to launch it's upper body in the air, etc.
Burgess better be throwing islands or something otherwise it's kind of a wasted fruit.

As to the BB pirates I don't expect them to instantly awaken but they actually should be lined up to awaken fairly quickly because oda keeps driving home the theme that blackbeard has been very tactical and chooses devil fruits that specifically suite his crewmates personalities and oda has shown that being in tune with your devil fruit is very important.
