Great job! It is amazing how the tecnics for creating artificial water, has developed during the years. I'm almost 50 and when i vas young, the results wouldn't be half as good.

Great work! 👍🏻. I have 2 questions please. 1. What amount of epoxy clay did you use for the whole seascape? 2. Also, I watched another of your videos where you did the aircraft carrier turning. In that one you didn't use the clay, but you made the waves shape directly into the foam base. Which way do you consider is the best? Many thanks
About 10$ each base. Creating waveforms directly from insulation is an easy and fast method, but the quality is not good.It is much better to use epoxy clay to make it high quality. Thank you!

I'm late to this but I recommend going to a craft store like Hobby Lobby and just picking up a block of any light weight putty. 🙋

Yes 3mm. 5mm is fine, but it's hard to cut with a knife.
Sorry...another quick question. What is the name of the white substance you use to fill in the gap between epoxy putty and ship?
It is clay used by children. I don't know if it's there, but look for children's.
