So I watched this video when it first came out I was considered the “ugly girl” at my school. If you want to start wearing your naturally wavy hair, I'd suggest looking into the curly girl method. I have naturally wavy hair and I used to straighten it everyday, which kept making my hair worse and more unmanageable and weird. After I started embracing my natural hair pattern, my confidence has boosted and my hair is now happy! :D

The thing with clothes is slowly buy your wardrobe, save money, invest in basics and accessories. I reccomend Alexandrasgirlytalk, she makes great videos. Even if you dress alternatively, I do, her styling vids are helpful
