    To prepare cannelloni for 4 servings, you will need:
    Onion - 1 large
    Garlic - 4 cloves
    Oil - 0.7 oz (20ml)
    Ground meat - 17.5 oz (500g)
    Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
    Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
    Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
    Basil - 1 teaspoon
    Oregano - 0.5 oz (15g)
    Tomato paste - 4.5 oz (130g)
    Spinach - 2.65 oz (75g)
    Cannelloni - 1 pack (22 pieces)
    Sauce
    Oil - 0.7 oz (20ml)
    Butter - 1.8 oz (50g)
    All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
    Milk - 24 fl oz (700ml)
    Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
    Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
    Parmesan cheese - 1 oz (30g)
    Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
    Cheese - 4.8 oz (135g)
    Parsley - a few sprigs
    Chop the onion into small cubes. Sauté over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add minced garlic. Sauté for another 3 minutes. Add the ground meat. I used a mixture of pork and beef. Add salt, black pepper, ground paprika, basil, oregano. Mix well and cook until done. Add tomato paste and sauté with the meat for about 3 minutes. Add spinach and sauté for about 2 minutes. Let the mixture cool slightly and fill the cannelloni with it. For convenience, I use a pastry bag. Place the cannelloni in a baking dish.
    Sauce
    Add oil to a saucepan. Add butter and wait for it to melt. Add flour and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Gradually pour in milk, continuing to stir the sauce to avoid lumps. Add salt, black pepper, grated Parmesan, grated nutmeg. Cook the sauce over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Pour the sauce over the cannelloni, cover the dish with foil, and bake in the oven at 356°F (180°C) for 35 minutes. Sprinkle the cannelloni with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
