- I got to experience Iberia's new 'Next' A350 Business Class from Mexico City to Madrid Airport which features the airline's latest business class product with doors. But does the muted new cabin exude class or is something missing? Check out my review to see what I thought of the overall product?
While many people tease that the crew aren't great on Iberia, on this particular flight, the crew were incredible, and made us feel at home.

I had two amazing experiences in Iberia's A350 Premium Economy and Business Class recently to JFK and EZE. I expected the worst and turned out to be absolutely great. Food, amenities, crew, and seats were more than decent!

Excellent report. And one of the very rare reports on a good Iberia crew..usually they disappear after service and are never seen again before landing

Iberia is probably the best ratio quality-price company. Nice service, excelent food, and one of the companies with less accidents.
By the way, Iberia was the second most punctual airline in Europe and fifth in the world . It has improved a lot in the last years.

It looks like Iberia is upping their game, which is great to see. I booked a business class trip from SEA to MAD for August of this year and I hope I get to fly in this new plane!

Another great video- Thanks! If I recall correctly, IB has center overhead bins in Y in the older a350s, so their absence is a change here. And I'm not sure why, but that eye mask is the best I've ever used-including ones from first class amenity kits and ones I've bought.

Useful trip report, thanks! Unfortunately the "fleet inconsistencies" will remain a while yet, with only six aircraft featuring this cabin. Crossing fingers for my A350 flight this time next week 🤞

Nice , did you have to deal with their customer service or lack thereof? They may be more attentive if you're in BC or maybe not. This product looks ace , they fly the old 330's out of Boston and the BC is not up to snuff. You are one of the better presenters on YT travel NQAT mate.

You made a Yorkshire Lad, well ex as I live in Sydney now, gasp in horror :) ... just let the thing brew! and yes I know airline water, is not correct tea brewing temp :) Other than that, thank you for the detailed report.
They’ve been Very slow to roll this out. It seems like they’re not interested in retrofitting any existing aircraft.
Nice video! Are the odd numbered seats close to the window or the even numbered seats close to the window? Also does the bulk head seat have a larger foot well?

Nice report - I have to confess, however, that a comment about how ‘chaotic’ Latin American airports are might be seen by some as unnecessary at best (0:45). The terminal didn’t appear to me any more chaotic than most. A ‘depressing sea of mahogany’ at the entrance to the business class lounge? Seriously? (2:07)
1:35 MEX is probably one of the worst airport in LatAm, terminal 1 especially. Try SJO for a nice experience.

well, a great new cabin and fine service too! my experience with Iberia BC is not that good (many flights to/from Havana after the loss of direct flights from Ams): let me say, lazy, uninterested crew so bad service, even though I do speak Spanish a lot...

I have to say I thought Qatar airlines business class was a lot better, especially on long haul flights .

Lately, I find myself watching fewer videos where creators feel the need to constantly hype you up at every opportunity especially since I'm watching to unwind. Thanks :)
Have you asked the crew about their permission to film them? Allow me to have my doubts. Are you respecting their rights to privacy ? Are they ok with being shown on a YT video for the entire world to see? It's good to examine their level of service for which you've paid, but what about your level of respect for others?
It’s a good question and of course I check with all crew before showing clear faces. It’s important for me to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable with these films

Every flight I’ve taken with Iberia in all classes they offer have been horrific. Late/canceled flights, lost luggage, rude/uninterested flight attendants, dirty aircraft, inedible food. I gladly take Air France, British or Lufthansa instead. I will NEVER fly Iberia again.
Whatever the planes are like the staff are truly dreadful. They abandoned me in Madrid, put me (a business class passenger) in a dreadful hotel which didn’t even have a bar, or tea making facilities , just vending machines and the attitude of the staff on the ground and in the air was appalling. You can really tell this is a sister airline of British Airways. Both airlines are a disgrace to their national flags.
