Hello guys, i have a problem with my confirm photo page on ds160. When i upload the photo it will be clear at the approval stage, but whe i move to confirm photo page the photo become grainy, it becomes not clear what is happening?
The application expires tomorrow and through my computer I can't use the tool, I'm so frustrated. I could ask you to do it for me but maybe you won't see this in time, I'll go see a photographer tomorrow and see if they can help me.

I clicked "Upload Photo" button but I kept on getting an error saying "Error: There was an error processing the request." I have cleared my cache and cookies, tried different browser including incognito and still cant upload my photo. Any insights? I need to submit it asap.

Hello, i have a question, let's say i have a picture done 600X600, and i opened the photo tool on the US visa site, and inserted my photo and used "Crop" and after that i hit save picture, does this mean my picture is done and approved ? because for example the area between the top of the head to the chin should be between 50-69%, and after cropping i found out it is 71%, would that decline my application because of the picture or since i used the photo tool my application wouldn't have any issue ?
