Remember watching you when I was in the SAT/ACT study phase and you kept me motivated. After 4 months from December to April of constant studying I took the act for my 3rd and final time and I got a 34 with a 35 super score. Your vids helped me stay motivated! Thank you!

it sounds like you had TONs of practice tests available to you for that test..but I’m pretty sure we have far less available for the DSAT. Does anyone know how many tests we have/should use outside of the 6 CB Practice tests?

Thing is for practice exams there is only 6 official ones and I’ve done 5 of them. Idk what to do now cuz I wanna save the last one for a week before the test to see where I stand and I also still want to do one every week. Do you have any recommendations??
It’s not dsat practice but there are a lot of sat practice exams for the paper sat and the math questions are similar reading not so much

currently in my freshmen year summer and i got a 1090 on my PSAT. I feel genuenly terrible for getting such a low score because my math was the only thing holding me down. Its not like Im bad at math, I simply wasnt taught the "higher level" math I needed for the PSAT. thanks to your videos, im currently attending summer school for geo by my own volition and self taught myself A2 moving on to trig via khan academy when I could barely do beginning of the year A1 math (when I got my 1090). Thank you so much, seriously. hoping to score at the very least 1250 next time I take my test. Ill certainly follow this schedule to improve my PSAT/SAT/ACT next year.

I got a 1040 as an 8th grader and went up to 1240 as a 9th with some studying, just an hour a day over summer (just for math my English was near perfect) gave me that improvement. Now imagine studying even a little more than that and think of the improvement. What I did was really pay attention in math class and studied for a 100 on every test. Don’t settle for anything less, if you get much lower ask your teacher for help it’s ok. They are there for everyone not just the kids who fail. Also tutoring kids in the grade one lower helps a lot
@@CyberFlare-fn9kn ill definitely try tutoring grades lower than me and I had a similar experience with my english, almost perfect. im already studing like 1.5-2hr+ a day to advance in khan academy but thank you for the advice either way. god bless brother.

@@qzvl I think at your rate you should aim for 1400, serouisly the studying I did was mostly math but it wasn’t directly correlated to Sat or PSAT, you would be suprised how poorly school prepares you for it

bro u don’t know how helpful u are u are the best preacher in preacher existence last yr i went from your average indian to a guy with 1600 sat on my second try (1270 first try) with a rlly good application i got into all my colleges (ivies + top 20s) and now enjoying life! Guys its never too late to make a change listen to this master preacher pratik who will literally change your whole life trust!!
You should prioritize the issue of your exams when you study properly.
It's not that hard. My first sat practice exam I got a 1020. After 4 days studying, I took another practice exam and got a 1220

Should we really take a practice test every week if we only have 6. I’ve done half of them.
Save the best exams (official khan academy/college board exams) for the month of your actual test. Use other materials from textbooks and free exam banks online to stay consistent week-to-week. There are def more than 6 total practice tests available if you take a few minutes to look on the internet.
