    i know you said it doesn't matter if you can't feel exactly where the sphincter is but every time i do this i can't find it because all of my tissue in that area feels like tiny peas 😭😭 is there any way to help me find it better?

      Try locating it standing up. Mine bulges out when I stand and hides when I lay supine
