Used to think that one day I'd be a proud owner of a RE back in 2011. Then in 2017 I visited Bangalore and realised that this "iconic" bike is the splender in that city. 5/10 bikes in the city are RE.... so much for a unique taste

It's only my opinion but merging old with the new is definitely the future of motorcycling, I would really like to see analog clocks with the old style ivory faces.
This is where a lot of manufacturers are missing the idea of clasical motorbikes. Too many digital clocks with flashing lights, or at least give it as an optional extra.

I love the Bobber and RE. I'm a adventure rider and have done many rides in my life. RE makers forget a vital way of riding. And that is when I ride I tuck in me knees and glue it into the tank for better riding and control of the bike and position. So if the tank is small and your feet are wider at the paddles it's uncomfortable in the longer ride. Like riding a horse where one grips with the knees to a be a part of the movements of the main structure. I hope RE will take my advice into consideration. Even the Himalayan has this problem. I like the looks of the bike, is the rear suspension like the Harley softail or is there no rear suspension? Looks a low seat and electric start so will appeal to many. I own a Harley but like this bike, Great seeing the 1938 RE bike net to it. Hope RE do well with it.

Yes all very good and very interesting and I'm sure there are many both in India and around the world who will be waiting for this marvellous machine to arrive, many wondering if it will be at a bargain price like the 650 or is it just a vanity project? Are RE missing trick leaving the bread and butter end of the market to languish, neglected, fighting the new boys on the block such as the Jawa. I know many love the old 350 and 500 power units but time marches on. Is't time they were not just up dated but replaced with smoother more reliable motors? For what it's worth here's my vision of a new RE single :-- an air/oil cooled counter-balanced single, a three valved head with over head cam, with a little more power and able to run at higher constant speeds without shaking its self to pieces!
I hope next year this beast be launch

Honorable Vinod K. Dasari your new Royal Enfield motorcycle V TWIN is one brilliant concept motorcycle. I really like the Front Girder suspension with integrated Headlight ? I am not sure if I am technically correct on the type of suspension this is ? I believe this bike has allot of market potential in the USA and other markets and really like the overall mechanical design so far and the rear suspension is innovative and the whole bike shows Royal ENFIELD engineers are capable of really bold mechanical design with practical function. Good luck with your new V TWIN Mr Dasari I hope to ride and buy this new machine if it ever makes into production its just to good to be sold only in India.
