Waterpick WP-100 is one of the most popular irrigators on polish market. This model has strong and sharp stream of water, pressure c.a. 6,8 bar and 7 nozzles in set (2 universal and 5 specialized). Panasonic EW1611 is the first irrigator with ultrasonic technology. The stream of water is aerated which makes experience more pleasant for user and more gentle for gums (and still really effective). Pressure in this model is c.a. 6,5 bar (electric, 10 steps regulation) and set include 2 nozzles. So to sum up, both of this irrigators are really good and effective. Myślę, że oba omawiane sprzęty sprawdzą się świetnie. Więc jak zawsze kluczowe są indywidualne preferencje i potrzeby. Zaletą Waterpika są dodatkowe dysze, które mogą (choć nie muszą) ułatwić czyszczenie elementów aparatu ortodontycznego. Panasonic zaś ma moim zdaniem przyjemniejszy i mniej abrazyjny strumień, co może okazać się istotne w kontekście młodszych użytkowników 🙂 Pozdrawiam, Ania 🙂
I have no idea what u r saying but u r cute xD Anyway both should be great compared to portables. By nature if the water pump is being used and no water is there pump is degraded. So if it's a base+pump the device will last longer and will be more effective simply enough cause the pump will be always on water. (as long as the user checks the device and it doesn't run off water..).

Mnie interesuje porównanie irygatorów b.well PRO-922 i Waterpik WP-100 pod kątem głośności pracy. Czy są jakieś różnice?
