After reading "The Power of 8" I suggested to the mediation group I was in to finish each weekly session with an intention exercise. We would usually focus on an ailment of a volunteer. Though we only had a handful of these exercises, we had a couple of positive outcomes (healing persistent insomnia and persistent cough/sore throat). Though it does not really confirm the effect, there is a possibility that it might be working!
How beautiful, we just need to relearn what we have forgotten. Just so exited for what is coming and will be realized hopefully by the masses. Sending you both only love from South Africa.
love love love. this message is so important. I am inspired sincerely. i would like to find more community near me that learns and practices these important wisdoms ❤️
Dr. Chopra often says that consciousness is healing. Lynne’s experiments suggest that oneness heals. I do not see these as opposing concepts, but maybe different words for the same indescribable thing. What is it about becoming aware of the collective consciousness, of removing the sense of separation, that heals?
We're using thought to explain thought. Everything that's been explained, including and not limited to consciousness, is created by a thought. Question is then, what's thought and why we think?
A comment on cross-person (cross-object) fulfillment of intentionality. I subscribe to the view (which to me looks very similar to the Vedantic view Deepak describes), where the primordial Consciousness, which is the only essense in existence, runs a kind of a computer simulation, a "video game" of sorts, in which this Consciousness is the computer, the program, the programmer, and the player(s). In such a simulation it is very natural to limit the access rights, where the "players" (really the consciousness peering through multiple "viewports") can apply the intentions only to access the objects assigned to them (their bodies). Manipulating other objects with intentions may need elevated access rights (in computer terms - "administrators", or a "superuser"; I like to think those being "angels/archangels" and "God"). I'd also speculate that variants of the religious invocation "In the name of God " is really an attempt to acquire elevated ("superuser"/"God") access rights. I guess it would be similar to an equivalent of "sudo" command in Linux system (allows a permitted user to execute a command as the superuser or another user), except the permission on access rights elevation is not given by providing a password, but is handed at "God"''s discretion.
"Deeper, lokal, impersonal consciousness" No,actually Vedanta says that there is person behind this impersonal consciousness, also Krishna says that in Bhagavad Gita(14.27): "And I am the basis of the impersonal Brahman, which is immortal, imperishable and eternal and is the constitutional position of ultimate happiness."
Extremely grateful to both of you for your outstanding contribution in consciousness.
We are all blessed❤️

What state are you located in? Maybe just maybe we can find local community from a CZcams video 😁
ooo I like this possibility!...California...?
I would be interested in joining a CZcams group as well.
@@createwithmrspetals1196 so I am not familiar with CZcams groups, how can we go about getting this started?
How can there be people who don't know who Deepak Chopra is!? 🙂 And I love Lynne McTaggart too. Awesome 👍
Really fascinating conversation!
I would also love to find communities near me

Lynne's book is on its way

It seems such a shame that Deepak can not look away from his device during this interview. Very disrespectful, if you ask me.
I found it impossible to watch -- Deepak looks so disinterested and rudely looked at his phone throughout.
