When you said "that's what she said" that had me dying
E013 is a nice but not really a good representation of FPV, but i guess that is reflected in the price. I started with it as well and pretty much instantly replaced the goggles after deciding i wanted more. Eventually you also want a real programmable flight controller on the drone, coincidentally i received a new qx65 today which is basically a E013 with a real FC so i can program it and use it with a proper transmitter and the difference is night and day specially with a project mockingbird setup. (Already gotten some bigger brushless drones before but they are just to powerful for indoors and i just wanted a nice indoor brushed drone).
Emax tinyhawk is also available in a kit version which is more expensive but also a lot closer to the real FPV expierence. Goggles are pretty good just lack DVR, decent transmitter, and the drone itself is still one of the best 1S brushless out there, if not the best.
EDIT: also for batteries i also gotten the ones you recommend but didn't really like them. They give a lot of punch in the first 30 seconds and then struggle to keep the E013 in the air for the next 2:30. I found that that the uruav 300mah hv stick ones, which i actually gotten for another quad gave a much better flight experience.
Man as a FPV pilot you got the right idea to learn to fly. That exact drone is what I started with. Freaking awsome

Not really the world's smallest 'drone'. The tiny whoop Nano is a bit smaller. No, they don't like ANY wind, not even a small breeze. There are some out there that are a run on 2S or 3S that can handle a bit more wind.

Arrived home from France earlier today and just wanted to say great work on the videos as I have watched all of them and not once got bored, this is after a 16 hour+ coach journey
Now I'm looking forwards for Paddlesworth when I turn up on the Sunday.

Tiny Whoop class. It's a good FPV intro package for beginners, fun to rip around the house with.. Team Black Sheep recently released a smaller 55mm (motor to motor) whoop too.

lol. Glad you had fun with the little drone. I have like 15 FPV race drones and a few of those ducted ones. Depending on the charger you are using it usually takes about minutes to charge. They even make tiny drones like that with brushless motors that can do acro mode so you have full control. I have a few of those. Look at the mobula 7 drone. Oh and your right. Yours has 2 rates so the fastest one is good for outdoors.

Nope... not even close to the smallest (I think full acro quad 65mm motor to motor diagonal from FULLSPEEDRC). Get into the FPV community and you will see how HUGE that part of the hobby is HUGE. NIce review just the same brah.
Yeah, he has a long way to go in the drone community, i have been in it for 4years and still learning new things day by day, and i'm making all my fpv stuff myself, and try to allways learn everthing that is possible, so that's says something about how big that part og the hobby is PS: i have made FPV quad/quads myself that is 3times as small as this one, just take your everday normal toy quad a stick a chepo fpv cam and vtx on it, or make the whole thing from scratch, but i hope he cont to do FPV, new people are allways welcome and all there is only good/nice people in this part of the hobby! No jerks and stuff like that, like i see quite alott of in the rc car community

Yo kev i live in arizona and my xmax gets pretty hot at times know any good cooling ideas i could use to help it stay cool in the summer, it gets as hot as 112 to 115 over here so my rc's get hot fast

Hey uh are you guys working on the monster truck still its always been a black roll cage?
I have a newbeedrone acrobee and it is awesome. I had 4 batterys and would charge them twice a day every day it took about a week to get good at it. Now I can use my 4s 3inch quad now. And I believe the tinywhoop nano is the smallest hobbygrade fpv quad.

Charge time is approximately 50 minutes give or take a minute or two. Started charging at 1:25 and ended at 2:15

I'm not a big fan of drones but that's a cool little one and ideal for kids or beginners :)
It is for beginners and you can also program it too or build one, but you need the whoop drone.

Hey Kev, I got a great suggestion for you, why don't you try scooters. I'm taking about electric scooters such as, the Dualtron, and Weped. I just bought one from Alibaba, directly from the manufacturers. Although it's not a Dualtron, but another brand.
Anyways, I think you'll have fun with them. Some of them, such as the Dualtron, can hit speeds as high as 50MPH, and even 60MPH.

That quad is over 3 years old now and they haven't done any updates to it since, that was the first quad that I learned to fly on but nowadays there are alot better options than the ATON.
