    mine has the 2 scratch marks you mention too. so the mark with marker you did goes in between those scratch marks?

      Mine too. That timing is the hardest of all. If i do not have piston stoper like yours, that is it. No point of timing video in my case. Or i do not understand it right. I am trying to do it as service manual is showed. Overoll you have best how to videos. Good job 👍🏻…

    You flew through the rave valves, so I couldn't see what the "Top" looked like when you installed them. Is the top the flat side, and the bottom has the angle?

    how did you know where to install stator cup to the flywheel without marking it?

      The stator does not need to be timed. its just a ring of magnets. Timing is on the big keyed flywheel/starter ring.

      @@DeWoodysShop so it doesnt matter where the magnetic cup is installed on the flywheel on the RFI like on the carbureted that has the raised magnets?

      No, it does not matter since its not used for spark. just generation.
