I operated a Cat 992 loader at a cement plant quarry. It doesn't sound like this operator is using the engine "throttle lock" the keep the RPMs high (at least 1800 RPMs) as this machine is operates hydraulically. He must be a beginner. Also no smoking inside the loader.

I hate operators who smoke in the machine despite company policies of No smoking 🚭 in machine. Everytime I go to attend a machine which smells cigarettes 🚬 sucks

@ John McKay The operator is not only working the 992G harder,but also unnecessary using more fuel to load that one truck.
It would be a lot smoother and easier to fill the bucket if you use the throttle lock. This guy wouldn't last a week loading shot in the quarry that I used to work in. If operated right, that machine is a beast that is super smooth and comfortable. The single boom takes a little getting used to.

По пол ковша грузит, можно ещё больше грузить,, слишком рано ковш загибает.
Я работал на таком погрущике, и этот оператор не правильно идёт в забой, угол ковша надо ставить более другим градусом, чтобы ковш наполнялся породой 100% а у него процесс погрузки самосвалов увеличивается и время не экономит я, а значит объёмы работы не укладываются в график.
Этого оператора погрущика надо учить как правильно необходимо работать

Eu sou operador desse tipo de máquina aí esse operador e não sabe aproveitar o movimento da máquina pode observar até a concha dele sai só 6 conchada então operador tem que encher a concha mesmo que um caminhão que pega pega duas conchada com três ele vai cheio porque porque ele aproveitou o tempo da máquina aí ele vai gastar muito óleo você entendeu vai trabalhar com a máquina à toa sem encher a conta direito para encher o caminhão entendeu eu tenho que aproveitar conchada dela da concha para encher o caminhão é por isso é que tem muitos encarregados que o operador não passa no teste com ele por causa disso aí cara não sabe encher a conta da Mata e essa é uma máquina muito potência ela tem que ser trabalhada aproveitando o tempo dela e elevação dela para encher o caminhão rápido e rapidão e para desenvolver o trabalho né

He's just being safe only taking 1/4 to 1/2 bucket loads at a time, besides if you don't work the machine hard as it was made to do it will stay newer longer every master operator knows that!

Only thing I would do different is work the bucket in deeper then lift and curl bucket to fill better. Oh I wouldn't have left that giant rock on top either. He was gentle on machine and tires.
