A piece like this is only perfect, when you play so effortless that it looks like you are improvising it right now, not as a memorized sequence. We need to play music as if improvised, giving the audience that feeling of surprise, the feeling of never have heard it before, like the first time and keep always this spirit when playing.
Ha, Im always listening to Yundi Li's Liszt Recital on Spotify, and Im really not sure, which one I like more. I started appreciate both interpretations, for me its depending on my mood, which one I like to hear. One piece where the artist is really important, depending on the mood is for me, Scherzo No.3. There are so big differences in the interpretations, but would someone dare to call Argerichs interpretation "worse" than pogorelichs? No. Its a question of taste and mood, in my opinion :).
This guy always sounds very clear and kind of sweet. love his intepretation.
He makes it look so easy with his swift hands
Its amazing how every time I listen to Lizst, I don't know, it sounds like he's taking a walk in the park on a sunny day.
why adam is not very popular he is better than a lot of pianists ; i love his interepretation he is really wonderful ❤
Conceptual clear, technically exact and emotionally involving. Bravo.

his finger control is amazing!
Exact :) Its a master :D
James Mark Kerr He reminds me of Valentina Lisitsa but there is a tiny difference... Valentina could be a robot😂💩
Devastating!

I've never heard this one before... Wow, it's beautiful.
Beautiful hands. Wonderful performance. Playful in parts.
I had the melody of 00:50 in my head and forgot the piece name... accidently entered here because I love Adam Gyorgy. Thanks Adam, Lovely :)
Simply wonderful!
Technically superb - but above all musical and operatic!!! Does justice to both Liszt and Verdi!
This is one of the most satisfying videos I've ever watched.
I agree
He is incredibly smooth with his movements and sound production.
Beautiful playing, Verdi would have been proud (as well as Liszt of course)
outstanding performance!
Yes, he's performances sound so clean. He kinda looks like young Rachmaninoff
Bravo bravo bravo brilliance
He is Hungarian like Franz Liszt
I am so proud of you ,it is terrific.I was born in Hungary
T
Your piano sound is always warm^-^🙏👏👏👏👏👏👏
This guy has huge hands. Imagine having to play with hands the size of only one whole octave; it makes playing a lot more cramped up and difficult.
A lot of pianists can do that because of exercising.😉And if he has got a high grade, he can do it.
Because before getting the high grade, he may probably exercise for a long time.
Good playing. Good filming too.
I'd say good playing. Very very very good superfragilicious filming
@@williamkingston4278 they need to do more filming like this
An electrifying performance
Varázslatos ...

Gyönyörü ! Jobben nem lehet jàtszani ! Minden hang ènekel,ès
Where is the temperament of List?
You known Listz temperement ? me not but for me this masterpiece is by Alfred Cortot since more 80 years recording then . . what say more ? ?
I think Yundi’s octave repetition technique is the best but i also like his interpretation yup

I clicked the 400th like 😆
Why did you change the chords for the left hands?
I am sorry but can't this guy ever use his ring finger on some of the octaves? He has big ass hands.
Sexy Barney can you?
Too metronomic and mechanical for me. Listen to Yundi Like for a more musical approach.
