Your stone axe would have served you a lot better in melee than the s/hammer. Even better, you got some nails, cut a tree into a plank, and with the nails, craft a club with nails. 4 hits will take down a big guy. And its so much faster than slinging the sledge.

Build limit is 100 items per flag. You cannot build without a flag. And that includes all the furniture inside. So building small is better so you can have furniture haha. I need to rebuild my place haha. I love building though it is so much better than before. Just need to get into a squad and you get 50 items more per person in your squad. I died so much on Wednesday 😅 I am -2000. Really bad luck haha. Great episode again!
Great Video, Glad to know i'm not the only one who has rough starts, FWIW Backpacks and Food are almost non existent on Public servers, I like the game, it can be brutal, but also very Frustrating, to the point where i'm thinking, "do i really want to respawn AGAIN "

Yeah, this game is brutal, loot is scarce on public servers and puppets hit like semis, and protecting yourself when you drop in can be difficult. I like the game when I'm all geared up with assistance but when you have no one, it's difficult for sure. I'm not sure if it's fun or frustrating until you can establish yourself.
Always start making a bow and arrow when you land at the start or you could’ve melee’d a 1 loitering puppet for cloth to make an improvise backpack

I know it might only seem like a tool but the stone hatchet is really good for dealing with puppets
where u hit them is very important, body damage in the game is realistic, so id suggest hitting them in the head with melee or with fists

I had a car after the wipe and I gradually built up - started to get weapons, built a base. Then my car despawned and tbh I don't have the hunger to waste a few evenings running around the map on foot, looking for another vehicle when that one can easily despawn as well...I think I'm probably done with this game - sad - I had put 900 hours into it...
It’s frustrating for sure but this is a new big update. Some things are bound to break, and they have lol, but I know they’re aware of it and will fix it😀

It was a partial wipe so character attributes stayed but everything else was wiped clean.
