Thomas never ceases to make me laugh! Between the facial expression during the private jet discussion and the chair/Ralphie situation, I was cracking up. Haha

Guys, most biobased materials do not change performance or durability. They do make the shoes more expensive. The BioBased term is a mess, and is ok to feel confused, but usally means that the brands use the exact same material, with the exact same properties. What they change is the origin of the "ingredients".
One example is Nylon. We have been always making Nylon from oil-based chemicals, the processes are so old and optimized that making nylon this way is super cheap. In the last decades we developed ways to make Nylon starting from renewable materials (corn and castor-oil). We do a bunch of complicated chemistry to achieve that (Thats what i study and specialize). The nylon made this BioBased way is identical to the other, to the molecular level. Its the same thing. The problem is that these processes are newer, are in current development, and cost more. Sometimes way more.
The same is true for other plastics. And one point discussed is completely correct: Because it is the exact same material they last just as long as the oil-based stuff and should not be ending up in landfills forever as they do nowadays.

It’s so good to see a new shoe brand with such a strong mission enter the marketplace. I own a pair of Hylo Impact and as someone who likes volume in the toe box and doesn’t want to go up a half size and mess with the length, I find them so comfortable.

Hi guys I enjoy listening to you guys all the way from the UK. If you happen to have frequent urination, constant thirst, have an excessive appetite and a dry mouth you might be hyperglycaemic( high blood glucose). This might be borderline ( Glucose intolerance) or Type 2 Diabetes. You need to measure fasting glucose, HBA1C and insulin levels. Drinking too much alcohol, coffee, tea and other caffeinated drinks could also lead to dehydration and potentially headaches. If you have been suffering from headaches for months or years, please get seen by your doctor. My friendly advice is to measure your serum electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chloride and bicarbonate). I bet you are deficient in magnesium and Vitamin D3. Measure magnesium in your red blood cells and in serum. You might also need to check for inflammatory markers.

For winter and cold rainy days, I have waterproof, breathable Seirus Heatwave Accel mittens, which I keep on as much as possible. I also have a pair of 180s Convertible Running Gloves for warmer, cool and dry weather. The combo work well.

Fun conversation. During it we get a good look at how the industry is making people think the shoe is what is winning races and not so much the athlete. It's like it would be unthinkable that someone could wear a shoe like the Cielo x and win a race. Hopefully one day someone will wear a shoe like the Kinvara and win a race. The world will probably crumble.

Clovers are awsome for companion plants. They provide nitrogen to plants. Organic way to farm. Some consider them a weed.

Hard to disagree with that though. Influencers can still spectate and influence without running if they didn't actually qualify.
