there is ANNAM pure veg restaurant in Hanoi...you can a small electric cooker which will solve your food problem. At least a few times you can cook.. you should carry some ready to cook and eat items instead of starving

Is it cold in SAPA this time?
Yes it must be around 10 deg C this time of the yr. Can expect rain as well in some parts.
