What if you're using the fillable PDF and the form field won't let you write "N/A"? Would you then write it in by hand after you print out the completed form?

Regarding the final mistakes about the pages I’m not sure if that’s accurate, if the page does not apply to you then you subsequently don’t need to include it. I have submitted many USCIS applications and removed the pages that don’t apply to me or the persons I’m submitting it for and it never gets rejected.

Hi may Iask what form this 2021 is being used in i-485. In uscis website the form in upper right corners says expires 10/31/2020. Is this correct form to use for application this March 2021.
Hi. Thank you for the information. I had my interview last week on Nov. 9th, 2022 and the officer told me that I stayed a long time the out of the US. in the last 5 years. 937 days. So the missing days of my are 24 days. Later they sent me a mail that says that I am not eligible for naturalization. Accordingly, USCIS must deny my application for naturalization. So what can I do now?

Kindly I need some advice about my I130 case, on March 02, 2022, it was approved, but now USCIS website says MY DOCUMENT WAS RETURNED TO USCIS, I asked the attorney who has submitted the petition in 2016, and said there is no problem and this will not affect your case.

the pettion typee you ar requesting requires the submission off a valid labor certification per the form instruction as such your perttion end supporting supporping documentation are being returmed to you if you have a valid labor certification please e submit your application / pettion with the original de labor certification. please refer to the form instruction for additional information

USCIS releases data annually that has crucial details like how many h1b approval and denials for a company on that year ? but I couldn't find any information about petition rejections for a company on that year ? Hi! I just received a payment from USCIS for $50 for TPS. The cost was 135....50 for TPS and 85 for biometric. I'm very nervous now, why would they send me a payment? 😔🤔😢 BTW... I was approved for tps in, 2011 but never re-register until 2022.

If you enter the US with your spouse after 2 years of marriage living outside the USyou are to be given a Permanent Green Card not a Temporary Green card. My wife submitted to Immigration at the Airport her Immigration Packet and her sealed medical exam 1 week after we were married for 2 years. Our marriage took place in the country we were living in. She received the 10 year Permanent Resident Green Card. Many Immigration lawyers are not aware of this part of the USCIS law and also many of the US Immigration Agents are not aware of this and need to be shown the USCIS law.
That's it: .... This is the only correct way to go about this USCIS immigration process, the rest is just a trap and a scam.
Get married, spend 2+ years in her country, apply for an I-130, get an immigrant visa, enter the US with it, receive an LPR card and DONE.

No problem you can correct that during your interview just tell the officer that you made an error or you want to add information.
I have submitted my I-131, I-1485 and I-795 together with my son. And i sent the pages completely for Forms. And our fee check was $1,140 my son is 16 years old ang me is 54. But the USCIS said that my filing fee is incorrect. But my I-131 was rejected because the pages 2-5 was lost. So the USCIS was sent back my form I-131 noted that i need to resubmit the complete pages. My question is do I need to pay another filing fee of 525$? Thank you and more power. I submitted my citizenship application. They accepted my form N-400 . They took failing fee on July 6 . But I didn’t get any updated yet . I just get receipt notice . Some of my friends who apply after July they already got citizenship. Why it’s happened?
Give them a call. I applied and it took 2 months with nothing from them fr my biometrics bt the money was taken, I have to call them after I waited . So it happened that they sent out my biometrics Docs bt I did not recieve it on in my mail box. Fault might be from one who mailed it wrote wrong apartment num. They reviewed my apartment num on phone n resent a new one which I got n did bf the lockdown took over. They said I shld not waste time on this, I shld call asap next time . So I suggest u call them n dnt wait again.

you dont need to hire a lawyer to obtain B1B2 visa it is very easy to apply. you can do it yourself.

Wrongly I submitted form I90 to apply for green card instead of form N400 for citizenship I have sent the fee for $540. I realized my mistake and asked for refund the USCIS refused to pay back, can I do something about it.

I have submitted my application for naturalization a couple of days ago. I went to check the case number and under the documents tab, they said that. (You may upload documents that we did not request from you. If you upload additional evidence, USCIS is not required to review or accept these) There was some box unmarked on the n-400 applications they have to reject or denied my case Can you tell me about this please?
