Thank you for this brother! Looking forward to upgrading my horn after a trip from rural Appalachia into DC/Baltimore. I had only pressed my horn once before that trip through 6 months of ownership and that was literally just to hear it. And it was embarrassing to use the couple times I needed it through the DMV and on 81/495. Thanks again! I don't mean to be negative at all just trying to be constructive! The music you cut in while you're working and not talking is great but it's a lot louder than when you're talking. You nailed the volume levels when using it as background music though! Thanks again. And congrats on getting a heavy metal circuit edition. I've got the exact same car!

NP. One of mou Subscribers told me to also upgrade the Horn fuse to a 15. This would make it a lot louder too. So this weekend I’m doing that I’ll make a Short about it. No man no negativity at all. I love earring from my subscribers. And I love the engagement so thanks for the constructive cretinism. The volume is only at 38%. But I will lover it on my next video. My other videos are already posted so I can’t change that. But I will be mindful of it from now on.
Thanks for the Subs and thanks for watching.

When changing to a more powerful Horn, you should change the fuse from 10A to 15A in the fuse box.If you don't do it, you run the risk of exceeding the current assigned to that fuse in the panel, which by default is 10A.

Good Point, I did even think about it. I will do that as well today/tomorrow. I appreciate it. NOW i can really scare people when I hit my horns.

However there is another problem: the section of the cables is small, it is better not to exceed 10A to avoid the risk of burning the electrical cables. I purchased the Hella kit (2x6A) but I will only install 1 horn on my Toyota Yaris Cross (obscene original horn 12V 4A code 86250-0D050). I don't understand Toyota engineers...

Hi, do you happen to have the reference for this horn cable that divides 1 into 2?

How much Ampere is horn original fuse? I've got a Yaris Cross and horn fuse is max 10A, I've bought Hella horn kit (2x6A) but I can install only one (however better than original Toyota)

i cannot remenber I think it is also a 10 Someone in my comment mention that I should change it to a bigger Fuse. but I am not sure I want to do that. just to protect the electrical system. these Horn are so Much better then the Toyota one that I really dont feel like I need to change the Fuse. they are so much Deeper and sound so much better. I am happy with them so Far.

@@CarStomIt You can change to a bigger fuse but remember that you have another problem: the section of electric cables.
There is a risk to burn it if you exceeds 10A and chooses to a bigger fuse.

I agree with you so that is why I did not change mine and left it as is.

@@CarStomIt Yesterday the Toyota workshop installed the HELLA kit (2x72W dual-tone horns, code 3FH 012 010-111) on my Yaris Cross: the sound is now perfect! Unmodified stock relay but change of fuse from 10A to 15A, nothing else. So modification is possible
