Amazing content! Awesome demonstration of ICT concepts in action.
Super bummed out the dates in the upper left hand were blocking out the TF you were on, trades were too fast to actually see the important details of your setups and thought process, but overall, great video.
Nice video and transparency. What I found interesting is you got your biggest win with the smaller contract sizes and bigger losses with your larger contract sizes. I’m sure you learned from that as well.

I'm not 100% sure because I already pay for Tradingview data separately. But in my case, I had both programs opened and my Tradovate trade showed on my Tradingview chart. I think as long as you login to both at the same time. Again...I'm not 100% sure tho

Love this video . Moving from FX to Futures and this video helped me out a lot . Would one contract be enough to trade with if I risk 1% on lets say on a $50k account and with a stop loss of 30 ? Im still trying to get the hang of my calculated risk . I never go past 1% per day and I just want to be sure if 1 contract is good enough or maybe 2 ?
idk what you mean by a "stoploss of 30". The way I calculate risk on a combine/eval is by dividing my total drawdown by 10. Which means 10 wrong trades in a row before I fail. So for the 50k account: $2,000/10 = Max $200 risk per trade or maybe per day would be even safer. It's a lot more percentage wise, but Futures Prop Firms are much cheaper than FX 😅

How often can you make a withdrawal of profits? I understand you can only withdraw 50% of profits at a time unless you close the account. So does that mean we only are making 50% and not really 90% or can we withdraw the other half on the next withdrawal to them reap the 90% of profits made?
You can withdraw after 5 trading days where you made +$200 in profit. Then, the process repeats again. Once you reach a total of 30 days where you make +$200, then you can withdraw the full amount.

It should give you the option to duplicate my journal in the right hand corner of Notion. Then, you can just delete my entries and input your own.

What broker u select at creating topstep account ? because i see u put u order with tradingview, but this is not in the selection of brokers at topstep.
Select Tradovate. You can then link your Tradovate account to Tradingview for free

Much appreciated! Glad you enjoyed. As for the discount, I think the 100k for $100 is the lowest it's ever going to be. In my dashboard, it says it's 60% off. But I tried to use my friends code for his 60% off and it didn't change. I confirmed with the mods in Topstep's discord that $100 is the already discounted price.

Hey so I have a question with the top step acc. So since ur playing monthly say u were to blow the acc, are u able to just start again or do u have to pay more?
you either can pay for a reset OR you can just wait until the monthly rebill where it will charge you again and reset the account for you if it's blown. I don't recommend resetting if you are close to the bill date tho. Just cancel the account and buy another combine.

If you dont pass the challange in First month andyou keep going in a second month you have to pay that monthly payment or that is active after you pass the challange?
Yes, you will pay the fee every month until you either pass or cancel. When you pass, you pay the activation fee once and there are no more costs after that. Good luck with your trading!

I do use daily bias, but I'm not going to make a video on something I'm not an expert at. TheMMXMtrader on Twitter teaches it very well and I use what I learned from him. Higher timeframe IRL to ERL and vice versa
Also has it helped you using tradingview to chart over NT? And why not just execute on there with tradovate?
They paused their Tradovate option right before I signed up. I was looking forward to trading directly on TradingView. It would be a lot easier, but I'm okay with Ninja because that's pretty easy to use to.

learn from the one who made the concepts, trust me and good luck with your learning!
whatever conclusion you come to from daily bias, look for h4, h1, and m15 points of interest that support this idea. Then only look for trades when price enters those specific areas.
How did you show the potential loss and profit on the SL and TP for ninja trader?

when I tap the topstep discount link it just takes me to the website and on checkout its the regular price what am I doing wrong?
You're not doing anything wrong. I think it's already discounted 60% off. Topstep just worded it in my dashboard to make it sound like an additional 60% on top of the discounted price. I figured this out when I tried to use my friend's code.

For most of these trades, yes. I always perform a top-down analysis before entering a trade. There are a few trades in here though that were counter-trend, but they were only supposed to be quick scalps.

Yes, I do. BUT, in this video I was only charting on Tradingview while executing on NinjaTrader.

@@bendingreality- I like using Tradovate because I only need to have Tradingview open. Plus, I can trade on my macbook with tradovate, while Ninja is Windows only.

What timeframe you use for entry ?
Top-Down analysis always, but I usually have the 1min chart up when I enter.
Daily risk 500 …..but average daily
Lose was 1603with an average winning day of 1630 , wounder if he still has the same account ….

It is already discounted, so the price that's currently on the website is the best price they offer.

Did you get a payout from topstep after passing evaluation??
I blew it in under 2 weeks after being $1,700 in profit. I think the 50k's with micros are better for me psychologically.

@@RiteshKumar-jh9be yes, I have 50k funded accounts in Apex and Topstep. Before, they didn't let you trade over 2 micros at the start on Topstep, so I just used minis. Their new rules let you start with 20 micros now with TopstepX, but I usually trade with 5 micros.

I noticed you were a bit panicked with stoploss movement during trades, you backed off your stop because you were afraid you might lose a potential "higher winner" like in August 4th example. Other than that, really nice, i wish i could have traded confidently with this much leverage. But yes, i do not allow myself to enter with more than 2 micro at a time, however i sometimes enter twice if i see there could be a bigger move upword for couple dozen points. Micros are here to allow myself for potentially more trades per day and not to lose so much money (capital preservation) on occasionally badly set stop loss or bad entries.
Anyway you have your edge and you should trdade your edge instead of mine, so this is just opinion. Cheers.
Capital preservation is the key. I backed off that stop because I was down -$2,000 from the day before. I wasn't mentally all the way there, so that played a BIG role in me getting out early. Also, I trade micros as well on any account 50k or under. Cheers!
I honestly dident see a single ICT trade first 7 mins. It looked more like you was anticipating a move into a FVG that is much harder in my opinion.

It's the New York open. There's good volatility, and during this time price tends to choose a direction. I get out before 12pm because it's usually choppy or rangebound until after 1:30pm. After 1:30pm is good too, but by then I have already taken my trades.
