Lucas here are some things you should know about arcade games. Arcade games have this thing called a payout rate. Each level will have a different payout rate amount. Once you hit that amount that level will be winnable. In your luck the game wasn't at the payout rate yet so it skipped over it. Claw machines are the same way (depending on which one you go to). Depending on how much the prizes inside cost as you get closer to the pay out rate the stronger the claw becomes letting you win easier. Just thought you should know :)
