On a sunday a few weeks ago after church, as I was walking to the subway, I felt overwhelmingly not OK. As I prayed silently, the words "it's OK to not be OK" came to my mind. I thought that was a pretty powerful statement and someone should write a song about it. A day later, as I listened to K-LOVE, Plumb's interview came about this song came on, I felt so blessed and at the same time amazed how God uses her music, and Christian music in general, to connect with us. I wasn't sure if I had heard Exhale before, but I had never consciously listened to the lyrics until that point. Thank you God, thank you Plumb!

This song really touched me. I realized that I really do need to let go of something and hold onto God completely. What ever it would be that a person is holding onto, that is considered an idol. It causes a person to get into idolatry, meaning having difficulty allowing God to step in and take over, instead of the person doing it in their own will and power... God is more than enough. Amen

hi Anna i read ur comment and sweetie theres nothen to fear but God leave it all to him he will restore u pray and pray he hears us always i same as u am dealing with some anxiety but i was in so much stress and i had a panic attack witch lead to anxiety and depression and its been already 9+ months tried all meds and i honestly rather not take meds so deal with it on my own and im a mother of 5 so that's were my stress kicks in but i pray to God and he has helped me so much my depression has subsided and dealing with alittle anxiety but i fear the future and we can only leave it in Gods hands we cant change anything not one thing but we can choose what we want to do in life and that would be to look for God and hunger for his love and peace and strength and understanding to do his will and to endure what ever we are to face. because anxiety is not from him he wants us to live happily in his name so lets fight this in Gods name Amen.

I'm not that big of a Christian music fan, but my wife is. I've been to a few Christian concerts with her now including last night's "Hits Deep" tour with Toby Mac in Phoenix. The concert was incredible. The talent level was insane. Jordan Feliz, Tauren Wells and Toby Mac nailed it. Christian music has come a long way.

I am not a very religious man, but I know a beautiful voice and song when I hear it. Very inspirational is Plumb and have been a fan for years. This song once again instills my great opinion of this fantastic artist.
I love plumb. I remember first hearing her when she made the song 'Cut' (about self harm) and now she's making worshipping songs. I truly see how far she's come and I'm proud of her.
