    The best aerobics music you can ever have. When you watch the movements of bata dance you will understand why it is the best aerobics music. Well done guys, great job.

    @GBEENYC In cuba it's usually all hand, but there is a flapping sort of stick used in africa and occasionally in cuba.

    It always seems to me that the hardest work is for Elekoto and not Iyalu! LOL! Yes, Nigerian Yuruba Bata are played with one stick as it is in Cuba in Matanzas.
