For puto base:
2 x 200g Pack Sarap Pinoy Puto Mix
2 cups of water
1 cup sugar, white
6 teaspoons cooking oil
For egg custard:
5 egg yolks
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup evaporated milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp. lemon or calamansi juice
For caramel topping
¼ cup white sugar
