Italy now has the best 10.3 lineup in the game hands down. Except for a bad AA(and there are nations with worse AA), there are not really any downsides. My first match in the AMX was an ace in ARB. The plane is okay as a fighter while being a great CAS, but since it is like 13 tons with a non-afterburning spey, it can only do one between A2A or CAS good simutaneously.
This is a great plane, and its potentials are underapperciated. Compare it to the jaguar A/GR.1A, not only is the plane itself better than the GR.1A(on par or slightly better than the French one), Italy 10.3 also never run out of ways to spawn the plane. If strelas are a problem they can be knocked out by mangustas and then spawn the AMX.
I hope to see a Brazilian version that represents Brazil soon. Event/Premium or in the TT.
Personally I still think Russia has the best 10.3, but that’s mainly my own personal option because my lineup consist is T-72B (1989), T-72AV (Turms), Strela 10M2, BMP-2M, T-80B, T-72M2 Moderna and the Su-25K, that’s a pretty strong line up if you ask me, and then I believe that Sweden and Germany, hell even USA are a close second, but just ground wise Sweden definitely has the strongest
@@RRAAZZAA The thing is, Russia, America, Germany and Sweden all lack either a paveway carrier/AGM CAS, or a good heli, or in the case of Germany and Sweden, both. Italy has CAS that are miles ahead of them, but not only that, they are also extremely easy to spawn. Similarly, Britain 10.3 and Russia 10.0 are some of the stronger lineups, with decent enough ground, good CAS and a good mean to spawn said CAS.

@@RRAAZZAA Well, the AMX is in fact, much better than the TT A-10, and are on par with the A-6E tram with respective ups and downs. Comparing to the OH-58D, the A129CBT has a much better loadout with worse zoom. Ground wise, the freccia and dardo are significantly more flexible than the bradley while Leopard 2A4HU and Ariete P provides different options for MBT gameplay. Stryker you say? Not a very good idea to compare wheeled TDs against the nation that has the best wheeled tanks in the game.
@@RRAAZZAAsweden doesn’t get good aa and the best cas for sweden is a shit viggen that can only have either guns, counter measures, or a couple mavericks but can’t have two of those at the same time. It has the same number of leo’s as germany and the 40 mm slingers are good but lack in survivability+pen, can’t pen breeches easily. I wouldn’t say sweden has the best 10.3 ground line up at all as it isn’t special and heavily lacks in air superiority.
The missile getting tone while off-bore is because of the radar rangefinder. 9Ls will slave to the radar, so you only need to get the nose within 8 degrees if the plane.
Aim-9Ms and Aim-9Js do this too!

As an Italian main with about 60 matches on this thing, I highly recommend to unequippe the "New Boosters" modification, it will make the aircraft handle a little bit worse but this cancels the wing ripping, I have ripped my wings only once since I unequipped the boosters and that was because I made a 18G turn at like 1,000 kph with full controls, yes this thing pulls pretty hard with full controls but be careful to pull way too hard or you will rip your wings regardless of load and fuel.
That's not how this works. A ripped wings few times on this plane and it have nothing to go with G number. Game just incorrectly calculates wing load on this plane and so at some moments it gets "overload" on one of wings.

got a nuke in the AMX 40 yesterday, that tank is just really damn nice for 9.7 right now. Even if you get uptiered, most of what you see is going to be premiums.

Watched you for a while and you deserve it.
See, I've always loved Italy for a while. I can't wait to see the Centauro II 120 with the HV gun, or the possible Centauro Draco AA prototype. Running the Centauro, or Freccia/Kf41 to get scouting and assists early, then fly out with an AV-8B Plus just dominates with it's 6 bombs and 2 Mavs, I just let the bombs smack tanks on the head and get kills. Maybe 1 of 6 bombs doesn't score an insta kill every 3-4 games. Normally I get all 6 bombs and 2 mavs.
The zoom on the targeting pod is good enough that you can see the enemy planes weapon loadout kilometers away so if you are say, 6km out from a jet you can quickly zoom in and see if it is carrying bombs or missiles to know if its much of a threat or not.

At 22:11 you can auto lock on because of the acq radar mode you were using, only some planes have it and it cna be useful at times
Test flight stock allowed me to pull as many G's as I did in the Ariete and now I want it.
Unlocked this plane and it is one of the most satisfying plane to use in Ground RB. The subsonic speed does not matter as you use this for GBUs.
PS : this thing also have an balistic computer against plane , heli ; for this , lock a random plane with laser POD and at ~1km u should be able to see it :)

Dardo is such a solid vehicle, one of my favorites for high tier italy
It is normal for you to not know about it until late in the dev server, after all it was not ready until one of the last updates
You can drop on top of a tank, just put 0.5s delay on bomb, so it settles in instead of being triggered bym MG etc
2:18 to be fair the flipside to taking GBU-24s is multikills are a possibility and you can switch off the lase and bugger off if need be

I think you should try out the 10.7 MBT2000 now, this thing at 10.7 is insane, it’s like T90A but better mobility.

Nice video. And when i played AMX i also wonder about the 9L locking when its nowhere near the target. Apparantly what i found out it is thanks to AMX radar. Dont know the details sadly.
Most players has no idea how to use their top premium jets they buy, let alone how smart weapons work, but i don't mind easy kills, so its fine by me. (true that i often en up in full uptiers because of them like 80% of times, but i just usually quit without spawning when that happens)
What isn't fine that i brought the A-6 during the sale out of anger, since i like that plane, but after 1 year waiting there still isn't a tech-tree version of it in the game to unlock! Not like my lineup needs it, but i still would want the A-6E SWIP in the game ! Also they already nerfed the A-6 when they changed its BR to 10.3, sure it has the option to fly with 4 x 9Ls but when I try that loadout i always end up with less than with 2 x 9Ls + bombs (AKA act like a Su-25), in air RB; AND if fly just with the 9Ls i always rip my wing after i launched the 1st so... Oh and the gunpod it so awful that i never take it! (BTW i think its RWR is broken and what radar?)
I could see premiums being disruptive but I mean ffs....I don't have the time to grind all the way up to top tier.

Yes you just fly without even getting touched by SPAA. Me in A-10 or Su25 is always getting smacked by Strela/Ozelot/LAV-AD and in Su-39 its always VT-1 just waiting for me to cripple my ass. Only counter i found is to fly low and try to lock them or kill with a cannon.

When i play cas i like to get a very very big bomb and put it on the max delay and just watch the soul leave they body then see it not gone off after 10 sec then the soul come back and then they run then the bomb go off killing them got give them hope befor killing them. I do fell that 9.3-10.3 is a pain with the grind when 90% of my game are just full of one death leavers hard to earn points for the grind when there no one to shoot or my team leave

seems like this has the same issue the A-6E has with the Paveway IIs not working properly, atleast this plane is fast enough to still be usable unlike the TRAM and it doesnt have a shit gun. Its bizarre that the tram is 10.3 now and the SU-25 is still only 9.7.
As for whether or not premiums are ruining top tier? In general, no. However the issue isnt a premium issue, its a general game balance and mechanic issue/
1) 1-Death leaving (which happens regardless of premiums) is an issue that cant be solved but can be helped. Small lineups (often premium players or spade grinders) should receive 3 free backups for any ground vehicle (4 if you use a personal backup) if you have 3 or less ground vehicles. This will help with the premium players and people who just want to play a specific vehicle, keep playing. However people who leave after 1 death due to a shit map or unfair matchup, is its own issue and they cant be blamed nor should they be punished for it. This is a videogame and you should play for fun (good luck) if you get a map you hate or a horrendous match you should be able to leave without further penalty.
2) the only issues caused by premiums are caused by the ones that are blatantly overpowered or horribly underpowered, almost all of which just so happen to be Russian when it comes to being overpowered. This is a general game balance issue caused by Gaijins obvious bias and/or incompetence, both of which are in extreme supply. 2S38's should be 11.0 minimum, BMP-2M (though not a premium, can be bought) should be 11.0 minimum, and the TURMS-T should be 10.3 with 3BM42 removed, the SU-25s should be 10.3, and the KA-50 should be 11.3 or 11.7.
As for underpowered premiums, since USA is currently the 2nd worst nation at top tier, the XM-1 should have M774 minimum or be moved to 8.7, the M1 KVT should have M833, and the A-10A should have its artificial nerfs removed and be given 4 9Ls and IR Mavericks, the A-6E needs paveways fixed and the gun needs to have its belts improved if the gun itself is going to remain shit, the AH-64As should be moved down to 11.0 at most, and the Peten variant needs to be given its missing 9Ls and APKWS II hydras. Its bizarre that the AH-64s are somehow 11.0 with hellfires, and the same BR as KA-50's
In all honesty both these issues are cause at the source by shitty game balance and general developer incompetence, and the upcoming BR changes are about to make it even worse.

It's wild to me how useless manual missile AA feels now in this BR bracket. I've been grinding 10.3 Sweden lately and the Trams and AMXs make me just feel so helpless and I usually just go back to the hanger instead of being farmed by them. It was already bad before the nerf, ever since the nerf it makes me debate if I even wanna play nations that don't have MANPAD style AA.

They make it sound like they alone built it or something, when in reality back in the 80's Brazil had no money to build their own jet that's why they went to Italy in the first place and the Italians said sure you can jump onto this project and take some of the financial burden off of us but thats all it was. Brazilians act like 10 year olds when they get something in game.

How does The laser guided bombs work I need to know please Explain in simple terms
You have a targeting pod and when you lock a tank you drop the bomb on it and keep the laser on the tank until the bomb lands
@@MangoNOW Is it just like dropping a Dumb bomb or do I have to have Special keybinds setup?
Setup activate target point in controls laser will auto turn on when dropping bombs you also need to make sure your not rotating the plane too much as the laser pod is on the bottom of the plane. Also when you lock a specific point you'll see a line on the screen. On that line is a small square when your at that square drop the bomb its an indicator for the location without having to look down. Go in test drive and play with it

I didnt know it existed until the thing team killed me in a game of airRB while i was trying to spade the Kfir C2 and the one actual top tier game i get this @hole fires a aim and it hits me instead of the enemy jet and of course I have no clue what the name was because it was all Asian lettering. I really don't know why the L39 Albatros never got put in or the Alenia Aermacchi M-346 Master which has 7 pylons. But which one is it this AMX 11B or the AMX 11T in the game?
But I do luv watching a Aim-9L fly across the sky to kill an enemy in groundRB air battles in ground are the best they are more realistic than in AiRB cause there is no name above the enemy player you have to be aware of whats around you and have like a 6th sense or something, it is fun though those are the real dog fights you have enemy planes and ground shooting at you to worry about.

If you are good, Italy is good. If you are not, playing Italy will make you play better, and then it is good.
as a serious CAS pilot CAS needs to be reworked. But at the same time so does SPAA, a Pantsir shouldn’t be able to shoot into a heli spawn from the Pantsir’s spawn location. Nor should it be so op. Things like the 2S6 should not be 10.7 because in a downtier against jets with little to no countermeasures isn’t balanced. The perfect SPAA is probably the ADATS. Because of its BR, performance, and SP cost. A F-4F which costs 830 SP to spawn with only 2x AGM-65B Mavericks shouldn’t be fighting a Pantsir with 12x hypersonic missiles for only 70 or so SP.
With Pantsir and FlaRakRad range they should have spawn them around the helipad with possibility to drive onto the battlefield. Realistically Pantsir is very costly vehicle that definitely wouldnt went inside the tank battlefield
This comment isn’t addressing anything, Helis can only die to Pantsir if they expose themselves long enough, and at 10.7 against the 2S6 countermeasures don’t stop the missiles cause it’s essentially a manual radar guided missiles; so it’s all about positioning of the aircraft since all you need to do it play around it or focus it at distance.
As for the F-4F, it’s 10.7 so while it can see top tier you are literally just facing the 10.7 2S6 which you outrange in most maps.
The biggest discrepancy with top tier SPAA is that the Pantsir has 18-20km range while the closest thing to it is literally another Soviet era SAM; the TOR, this needs to be balanced.
CAS as a whole should in my opinion be balanced by costing more ESPECIALLY for helicopters as they can in essence 1v1 a SPAA with good positioning and player actions.
Clearly 0.3 br better than the likes of a Mirage 5F
I hate premiums, they left America braindead and the fact that gaijin doesn't give vehicles in that tree their due justice is pain(no the abrams didn't have spall liner, but things like its turret ring and LFP needs to be changed, and the bradley's M3A3 needs an actual spall liner model, but I digress)
and with some premiums like the frogfoot and A-10 damage models are busted(A-10s are too fragile, and Frogfoots are too tanky)

Watching your clips always just reinforces my belief that SPAA need a buff ingame. 2x Tunguska cannot deal with a single 10.3 aircraft. How is this balanced? 20:35, Bro at 10.0 couldnt even hit you at low altitude and low speed. :D Smh. :D
Lol you never meant to fight Pantsir or VT-1 slingers? I recently bought a Su-39 with 10km missile range and I can't sometimes fly into my firing range zone to sling some missiles. I just spawn and see VT-1 immidiately looking at me and waiting for range. If I remember correctly it has 12km range so in 5 to 10 seconds I get a warning about incoming missile. On 7-10km is easy to dodge but you can't dodge as well as mark him with a laser. Only one option is to fly low and pray to him not looking at your direction
@@norezi8130you can launch your missiles from max range on the stat card, if SPAA is still you can just lock the ground right on it and it can fire from beyond its range, and then it will lock and kill SPAA which btw the Su-39s missiles has like 35 km range iirc.
Also those were not Tunguskas, if they were they’d of just gunned the AMX down, they were LAVs or Roland’s who didn’t wanna gun him down and didn’t see him cause they were not able to find him yet.

premiums at br 10+(and to some extend from 9.3), is the cancer of the game combined with the high br squadron stuff. Alowing absolute shittards/new-players into top tier does NOT make any sence. AND i dont care what they say 11.3 is basicly top tier, you face them and you get into matches with them, AND you ruin people who grinded for ages experiences. Its cancer and Gaijin needs to find a solution to fix it.
They are greedy and they will never stop that. Even when we will get 14.0 on ground, we will get 13.3/13.7 premiums.
