The one unit I think is just a bit too good against protoss are ghosts, sure they don't exist in all games, but emp is soo extremely good and I've never seen them have energy problems compared to all other spell casters
Protoss is such a boring race though

Her0's risky aggressive plays were good in the first game, afterwards he should've stopped doing them because these kind of plays are not good if your opponent expects you to do them.

some maps have features like that lol, its funny especially when youre not expecting it
It first started with underwater maps. It was cool at first but now it’s almost every map.

I love matchup like this. It was dynamic in every single round and it could go either way. Both players played agressive and it was a joy to watch the finals.

What are protoss even good at?
Easiest race to play, good for casual players because they play by themselves easiest micro and macro

@@HenriqueRJchikiu mean microing widow mine, cloaking ghost to shoot emp and anti armor take more than 1 click? mass viking also considered micro?
@@suzukaiv5987 widow mine: need to move it and burrow it in strategic places, several clicks
ghost: cloak is an upgrade, also needs to constantly click it so it doesn't run out of energy, emp also takes a click and requires you to aim, and its close range
Mass viking: Are you trolling? Have you seen Clem using them? Every single mass viking salvo needs to be perfectly calculated to kill it's target without being massively punished
You mentioned the easiest parts of the race, when things like medivac drops and having the most difficult build orders exist, stop trolling kid.

Time and time again it's hilarious to see how insanely bad protoss gateway units are in somewhat even numbers vs. bio. Most zealots don't even get to attack once, because they die on charging in.

early games for sure, though his late game seems to hinge on ghosts in nearly every match up, if they nerfed them I feel like the consistency of his wins would suffer.

Game 3 being won by a single not particularly remarkable EMP feels so anticlimactic, I wouldn't mind finally seeing it get nerfed. But when Serral styles on enemies once with fungal it gets the nerf bat 😅 Still fun games
It depends whether it's actually broken or just Maru making it look much stronger than it really is
Zerg is completely broken and easy to play though Terran is balanced and extremely hard to play, how is that fair. Protoss is bad and easy to play

Oh please. Literally one ability and the protoss army loses half its survivability and all its options for leveling the playing field. All a terran player with ghosts out has to do to win is not misclick.
That will never be balanced or fair no matter what excuses you offer.

@@coreypatterson5827 Protoss literally have Templars who do the same thing.
Except Templars are slower, more fragile, less range, and need multiple casts to do what ghosts do in one shot. Casts which you will never get off because the ghost has already deleted your energy bar by the time you're close enough to use storm or feedback.
a single marine dps that cost only 50 minerals with 1 supply count deals 11.4 dps, 4 marine with cost 200 minerals deals 45.6 dps, with stimpack its 68.2. Is there any protos unit can give similar dps with same supply count? and marine is used till late game. look at adept only used in early game. its a very funny "balance" game lmao. try a game where u dont make marine on mid and late game
