In 2019, I purchased an 8 marla general block in Phase BWC. After 5 years, I exchanged it for a 7 marla overseas block. The full cost of the land had been paid. Unfortunately, upon attempting to sell the property, I incurred a significant loss of 50%.
Yeh project tu low income walon k liye shoro kiya gaya tha. Kiya low income walay intny bady amount development charges k mad main pay kar saktay hain?
