--- If you want to sell your file or plot you can sell it anytime. This is for all the societies ( Blue World City, Mivida, University Town, Kingdom Valley, Capital Smart City, B-17, Bahria Town, New Metro City, DHA )
Before selling you plot, check the market value before selling you file/plot.
FOLLOWING ARE THE STEP FOR SELLING A PLOT OR FILE
Step 1 == You must have your original CNIC, original file and file/plot owner.
Step 2 == You have to go to the head office of the society
office and visit Transfer officer.
Note: Whoever your wife or your friend must have to go themselves because the Transfer Office look after the whole process.
Complete transfer process will be done within the head office of the society. After selling the plot you will declare that you have no right on this property (land, file or plot) anymore. Transfer amount ranges from 10k to 25k depending on the plot size. There are no Taxes in the blue world city but many other societies like Top City, DHA and B-17 do charge taxes.
The procedure will be done in two months and the purchaser will get the new file.
If you are Overseas Pakistani. It is not mandatory to come to Pakistan for the transfer so there is a valid document known as the power of attorney. You will go to foreign embassy and give the document of the your representative name
