- My Eachine spitfire has been modified to FPV and repainted in the colors of the Battle of Britain. Enjoy the video of an RC plane modified to give a cockpit view of the world up in the skies. Feel the frill of an RC aircraft banking turning and even crashing. All I need now is a BF 109 to come along and make my day.
Liking the FPV, well done.
Thank you glad you enjoyed the video.
Definitely 'one of those days', but you got some great footage!
Thank you Gina. Things went downhill even further as you will see in the next video. 😆
Did you sort the tail heaviness problem with 2.5g and moving control rods
Cool! What FPV camera did you use? And your goggles?
I can't remember what camera I used but I got it from banggood. I don't use goggles as I have eye issues sadly
I have the same plane as Bf 109 - but was not so successfull like you with starting by hand- so I used an old, 1,50 m long bookcase as runway and that works well :)
It took some practice to get it just right. My first few attempts were either too hard or too soft. But after a while you get it right and then it becomes second nature.
Which camera setup is it?
What's better than flight simulation: Actual flying! Where can I get one of those planes? Great video. 😀
just type in Eachine into your search engine and it will pop up. There are lots of place that sell eachine aircraft. Hope this helps
@@fltltcrashcrocker5017 Thanks 😀
I've the same series of warbird~the bf109, sometimes after the crashes the (propeller holder )of the motor shift will become lossen,. So that can't hold the propeller firmly.
I ordered extra propellers so that when that happens I just replace them
Single handedly lost the war. Jk, cool video.
lol Thanks.
How much extra weight was added with the FPV gear?
Not sure really. It did change the flight handling. But on a small aircraft even a little change in weight can change how it flies.
a small FPV camera or a small hdd camera with a microSD card and a second battery, about 10 grams in total - 400mm Mustang p51D will handle it just fine... I think that all warbirds should be similar.
Thank you for your input and advice :)
I wired a camera of the flight battery, rather than the extra battery, just created a spur
Bump up the audio bro please
I will do so on my next video
FPV for rc planes is not too good. I’d rather see the whole plane flying
