good stuff , personally i would leave the divider in the fry trap with a small rock to keep it in place those danios are known jumpers and may pop into it for a few bites :)
That’s not a bad idea, it hasn’t happened yet but now that you said it I’m sure it will lol. I’m going to be making a bigger and better fry box/breeder box out of pvc and fine netting so I’ll figure out a lid for that when the time comes. Thanks for watching and have a great day!
@@allaboutdiy1375 i remeber back in the day 1st tank doing the guppy thing with a trap then the fry be missing , caught the ZDs jumping in and out of the trap once they learn the trick :)

Wow bro they grew wicked fast a diy breeder box is a good idea if you set up another tote you will have the same problem with then growing so fast were they would eat the fry but definitely set up another one why not
That’s what I’m sayin, set up another one with some breeder boxes and then just keep setting up more and more til my wife kills me hahaha. Another tub would be great, but won't solve your problem, which developing an exit mode for the fry. Select the prime specimens and sell the rest.
I’m going to do that but the largest fry I have aren’t at a sellable size yet, and the pair that spawn keep producing. So it looks like setting up another pond and making a few breeder nets is what has to happen. Thanks for watching!!!

Yep they sure are haha, they were the test fish for my first pond and I decided to keep them in there. I think I’m going to do both! My wife is going to kill me

Lamar Kennedy I don’t have much footage of it. That day was crazy, but when I set up the next one I will go in depth about every step. It’s really easy.
