Depression Confession

This is a long one. Sorry.
I've always tried to be honest in my videos and I felt the need to open up today.
I've been suffering with some things for a while now and wanted to be open about everything, my depression, my negative thoughts about myself, all of it.
It's not all doom and gloom though. there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
That's why I wanted to open up about my struggles, my therapy, and my medications.
I know a lot of you are feeling these same emotions right now.
I want you to know, I truly understand. I do.
I love you, and if there has been a positive end for me, there can be one for you too.
