Our view though - a great kit that produces a light bodied and exceptionally crisp and clean European style Pils that makes for easy drinking!

Racked the pale ale Russell after 10 days, finished on 1.010 but guess thats to be expected with the liquid malt extract. I'm going to get a pilsner going next :-)

I normally get a little lower on LME - often around 1.008 or 1.009. But sounds like it is what it is. I think you started on 1.042 from memory. If that's correct you pulled in 4.2%. Enjoy the brew!

@@graemeglasgow4596 If you do I would suggest using the Black Rock Ultra Light Liquid Malt Extract or the Liquid Brewing Sugar. I'd say you would get a better result with one of these two. But overall a very nice brew. Enjoy.
