AFFILIATE LINK DISCLOSURE: Friends, making a quality Loloho video is kind of like making sausage - only slightly more violent. It's a ridiculous amount of work that typically involves high dollar camera drops, blue-screen-of-death computer crashes, and at least one angry shotgun wielding old man shouting, “Hey! Get the hell outta here!” Once the final video is posted, rewards here on CZcams are few and far between (unless you are a masochist who enjoys being verbally abused by anonymous trolls). One saving grace is our affiliate links. JUST CLICKING THESE LINKS HELPS TO SUPPORT OUR LITTLE SHOW. Think of this clicking as like tipping - except that it doesn't cost you anything extra! If you eventually make a purchase via one of our affiliate links, we will receive a few pennies (and Sean typically invests these pennies in duct tape and video gear). Again, it doesn't cost you anything to click these links, and it's a great help to us. As always, safe travels, happy camping, and THANK YOU!
Love this series Thank you for sharing your adventures
We should be thanking both of you. You’ve made 250,000 peoples’ lives a little bit better. I hope you keep sharing your adventures for many years to come.
Thanks so much. Your choice of language is very interesting to me because I recently had a conversation with a woman in Vietnam and basically I told her that that has been my goal in these different videos. We can’t really change the world, we can certainly never change the past, but we can make the present a little bit better and make the world a little bit better in the process. Hopefully these videos make the world just a little little bit better. That’s about all we can hope!
I absolutely love this. The travels, the synchronicities. I believe you guys are just magnets for magical things happening 😍🌸💖 hello from Chicago - Agnes, Ziggy @ Stardust 😊🐶🐶
Great series! We’re also really loving your Instagram videos you’re posting of your adventures in Vietnam. The Vietnamese people are so proud of their beautiful country! They’re so friendly & genuinely happy you’re there.
Thanks for watching the stories! Yes, Vietnam has so much to offer. We have now been there twice and spent many weeks there, but I feel we have just scratched the surface. They have beautiful beaches, scenic mountainous areas, lush jungles, islands, and of course the cities. There’s just so much to see and do that it takes time to do it properly.
Super interesting and creative production. Thanks for sharing. Roll Tide.
Thanks so much! Yes, if nothing else, these videos have been an interesting creative process. There is nothing really formulaic about them. In fact, at times the results surprised me too. Roll Tide!!! 🐘🐘🐘🐘
THANK YOU 😊 🙏 BE SAFE ❤HAVE FUN ❤GOD BLESS YOU BOTH ALWAYS ON YOUR ADVENTURES 🙏 😊 ENJOYED ❤🎉
I follow the channel and loved your tour of college football games. I'm a huge camping and college football fan. I have a place to mooch dock in Oregon. Go Duck's!!
We just discovered and stayed at Wind Creek late last year, it’s only 2 hours from our house. Beautiful campground and lake! When we stayed I think every other RV had their outdoor TV tuned into the Bama football game. Hope to see you at Wind Creek some time!
I served in Viet Nam. I am really looking forward to you new videos.
Thank you Reed for your service and for your interest in this different video content. I have nothing but the highest respect for those who made those sacrifices during the Vietnam war. As I have previously discussed on this channel, my own cousin was killed in action in Vietnam, and posthumously awarded the medal of honor. Over the past couple of years, I have really tried to get myself up to speed with the history and everything that transpired there. Overall, I want the videos to have an optimistic tone because a lot has changed in Vietnam in 50 years, and most of it seems to be for the better. It’s good to see that there are some places in the world where things have really gotten better. I think if you went to Vietnam today, you might be pleasantly surprised by the reception you receive.
Thanks for taking us along. I have been watching your channel for a few years now.. Happy to see your adventures. Some places I would love to see some places seeing through your camera is good enough. Looking forward to your next adventure.
Another great video!! You guys rock!
The football series has been really special! I like and look forward to all of your videos. You are a kind person, and a great storyteller😊
I thank you for sharing all the things that you do!
Thanks for the review of the book With the Old Breed: At Peleliu and Okinawa it is a great book I would never found execpt for your review! THANKS!
E. B. Sledge and 2 more
Wow! Thank you for your comment. If I could bring this incredible book to only one person’s attention, then this entire video and work involved would be worth it. I wish every American would read the book. I appreciate your letting me know about the impact it has had on you.
So glad you guys were able to enjoy that amazing game. As an Auburn fan, our mantra seems to be "Oh well, maybe next year..." I was not born in Alabama but as soon as I got there, one of the first questions I had to answer was, of course, "So, who do you pull for?" Thank you again for sharing your adventures with us. And of course, win or lose, War Eagle! 😁
To Shawn & Christy, I've found over the last 40+ years that the car, RV, trailer gets you to places, car shows, or other events. However, it is the people we meet along this journey, make the friendships that can,...last a lifetime. Thanks for doing what you two do. Hope to see you two one of these days, somewhere between the Pacific west from Cali to Yellowstone.
Love your videos. They always make me feel good and I even learn something. Keep them coming.
Thank you Les we will try to keep the vids coming!
Great video. I'm with Christy on the disappointing result of the game. I also encourage you to attend the Army-Navy game to see one of the last vestiges of real, amateur college football, and although it doesn't have the NCAA implications like the Iron Bowl, it does have as much history and rivalry. Thanks again for your great videos!
That was a fun series. Thanks for the entertainment.
What a fun series of videos! So here’s an idea for next year…Basketball! College of course. Or you could always reprise the football series with ACC teams. 😃. I enjoy the world travel videos too, but those are a bit outside my circle of interest. I was a Navy carrier pilot and have pretty much seen all of the world that I want to see. Interesting yes, but there’s no place like home.
How much FUN was that game! Love your videos.🙏👍🦅😎🇺🇸
Thanks for being there!😊
Always enjoy whatever you post. All your travels give me hope to get out in my future. Thanks again!
place to stay in utah bowers flat rd230 outside duck creek
Roll Tide! Alli wanted to go to Bama but SAT scores didn’t allow it lol. Ended up at UGA but her parents both went to Bama.
Might need some cool state park recommendations soon. My Motley Crue tribute is looking to book 2 shows in June in Alabama. Not sure details yet as to where though. 🤷
Thanks as always!!
great video once again. Your exploration of Vietnam looks amazing. Travel is just so rewarding... continued safe travels..
Another great video. Great comeback by Alabama. I'm a Michigan fan. Great rivalry between the two teams over the years. We came out on top this year. Next year??
Really enjoyed this series.
Looking forward to what you come up with next!
yall have a great channel great content, an example how husband and wifes suppord each other, have a blessed week!
Love your channel! We look forward to each video!
Grear vidoe. Keep it going on your Long Long Honeymoon. We ( my sife and I of 54 years) have followed you since we started RVing in 2011. You jave inspired us to keep going in our exporing - now in an Airstream. Thank you, thank you!
This was a great season. We enjoyed seeing the different college campuses. You both always make it fun!! Our son & his buddies visited Vietnam a few years ago and had a great time. It’s great to part of the world we won’t be able to go to ourselves. So thank you for taking us along for the ride. Safe travels in Vietnam. 😊👏❤️👏
Thanks, I’m glad you enjoyed the series! Overall, it was an interesting ride and certainly took some directions I did not expect. We really enjoyed our time in Vietnam, and at the moment are exploring the urban jungle in Bangkok Thailand. Hope to see you guys again sometime down the road! ☺️
Enjoyed your college football series; I'm a huge and obviously Alabama fan. Love Thailand and want to visit once again with other countries included. Until next time.....Roll Tide
Love these videos and the games were awesome. Thank you for all these years of great entertainment and travel.
Great end to the football season. You have introduced us to several RV parks along the way, and mixing your travels into the story line each week has been heartwarming. Glad you got the tickets to the Iron Bowl. Safe journeys.
Wow, you went into the tunnels? I'm surprised you could fit. I'm also surprised that they are a tourist attraction. Love your videos.
I think the Vietnamese may have expanded a couple of those tunnel entrances so that people like me could squeeze their large western booties down in there. The tunnels were absolutely fascinating.
@@LongLongHoneymoon I hope that what you've been doing with this video series is not lost on people. You're point that we can coexist with differing views is important, and much needed at this time in our society. Keep hammering on it Sean. We love your videos. Especially your forays into SE Asia. ✌🏻
Working on that “Garand thumb?!”
That was my first time to fire an M1. What a kick! (literally)
I enjoyed the football series very much...........I must say though that I was partial to the one you did in Manhattan, Kansas. Ha Ha! I was wondering if that was an M-1 Garand you were shooting?
Yep that was an M1. I also shot an M16 that day but the Garand was the standout!
Well, if you're going to do your respective universities, then Kristy needs to go to a Samford home game!
That is a great point! You know, Kristy and I both transferred to find the right fit of school. We both say it was one of our best decisions at that age. Truthfully, I have never been to a Samford game, so maybe we will put that on the agenda for the future I don’t know for sure if we will do the college town tour again, but maybe! Overall, I think the videos are pretty cool, and it is satisfying to try something a little different.
@@LongLongHoneymoon Understand completely. While I was Samford for all 4 years, my wife started at Bama, then UAB, then graduated from Auburn!! Go figure.
Such a fun series! What serendipity with those tickets!! Here’s how I know you guys are endgame as the kids say: after 4th and 31, Sean was more shocked than going crazy and therefore didn’t rub it in for Kristy. I, however, was losing my damn mind. Love this series! Looking forward to seeing what else you guys have in store
Ha ha wise observation. If I had been by myself, I would’ve been going nuts … but out of consideration for my wife had to reign in the celebration a bit. I was going crazy on the inside! 😄
would love to see your overseas escapades❤
Thanks, I’m trying to figure out a way to present this material. Honestly, I think it’s some of the most interesting travel content we have ever filmed. But the algorithm, and perhaps the majority of the audience would rather hear about trailers and tires. So I need to find a way to bridge the gap. 😄
Hi there! I have really appreciated this series of US state football games. I'm trying to learn American history. With sports and belonging, you can actually learn a thing or two. Globally, I would like more people to think along the same lines as you do. Looking forward to a similar series with Soccer. At least I understand the rules hehe (and they kick the football all the time 😉)
Thank you very much for your comments! We have heard from some Europeans and Australians, that they find this look at college football to be unique and interesting, because this sport, although very popular in the United States, is not frequently broadcast overseas. In the USA, I believe the college football is the second or third most popular sport behind the NFL. Personally, I prefer college football, because of the history, traditions, and the fun and crazy things that often happen during the games. The players are younger and are still developing, and this often leads to surprising results on game day!
Didn't think there was that big of a difference between the two you mentioned. I'm reading up on the history of the sport now and see that there have been some Norwegians involved as well. Knut Rokne and Jan Stensrud among others.@@LongLongHoneymoon
And we have a severals American football teams in norway too..@@LongLongHoneymoon
We really enjoy your videos and drone footage. We just gave you a shout-out in our "RV Channels to Watch" video. I thought the college football season was an innovative idea. Looking forward to your next video drop.
Hotty Toddy! Y’all had a fun tour. Thanks for taking us along.
Thanks so much! We definitely have Ole Miss on our radar. I’ve always heard that the tailgating is the best!
I knew of some folk that would buy season tickets, keep the iron bowl tickets and resell rest just to be sure they had iron bowl tickets. Enjoyed the series.
Great series!! 👍
🐈⬛🐾👏
I agree, get out there and explore because tomorrow is never guaranteed.
ROLL TIDE! Back in 2005 I was sent to a Home Depot in Montgomery from Charlotte, NC to fix a display. I fixed the display and got a hotel room in a nearby hotel. I was to drive to Atlanta the next day to catch a flight back to NJ. Not realizing it was also Iron Bowl Day, I almost missed my flight because of all the traffic.
Great finale!!!... in Monty Python vernacular and quoting Sean..."and now for something completely different". All the best guys...
Thanks for watching until the end. Also great to know there are some fellow Monty Python fans out there! 😄
Roll Tide!
RTR!!!!
I'm from Michigan. I hate to rub it because it doesn't happen very offen. GO BLUE!
Born and raised in Michigan. Moved away in 1968 to places all over the states. Always a Michigan fan though!! Great Rose Bowl win!! Great to be the national champs too!!
I was surprised to see an M1 Garand at a range in Vietnam. My Dad was a Korean War Marine, and he alternated the Garand with a BAR. (One man per squad had a BAR, and they took turns.) I just did a web search and learned that early on U.S. forces were still using the old heavy Garand in Vietnam. I'm not a football fan, but I'm a LOLOHO fan. I'm looking forward to your springtime adventures. (I'm trying to arrange a campsite to view the total eclipse in April... will LOLOHO have an eclipse episode?)
Thanks so much for your support and for giving these videos a chance. Yes, that was my first time to fire an M1 Garand. Wow, what a kick. I also shot an M-16, but the M1 was the standout!
@@LongLongHoneymoon In the 1950s they taught Marines to break their fall with the butt of the Garand, roll, and come up running. In the 1960s muscle memory kicked in when my father tripped while he was out hunting. His .300 Savage hunting rifle got a big scratch in the stock from being used like a Garand.
Been a while since the last post, missed ya and thank you.
I don't usually disagree with you, heck half the time I don't even know what you're talking about, but I think that Michigan and that school from down south is the biggest rivalry in college football. But I've been wrong before and I don't watch much football. Keep the good stuff coming guys, but is you try and murder one another I'm going to visit Kristi in prison because she prettier than Sean.
Just deal with it and both of you become LSU fans. That’s pretty obvious.
😂
Well, at least the wife could keep some of her tiger gear 😂 we look forward to visiting Baton Rouge in the future to see how the tailgating stacks up!
Me first, me first 😂
Thanks for another great video. Sounds like some trolls are giving you a hard time for traveling anywhere you can’t take your Airstream. It’s too bad that people spend so much time trying to make everyone else miserable. I enjoy your videos, even if it isn’t a topic I might search for, you guys make the videos both entertaining and informative. Keep up the good work.
@@StephSHthank you so much for your kind words and support! We always strive to make fun, interesting videos. Hopefully our core audience will keep tuning in, no matter the topic! 💗🤙🏼
Sorry, the band at the beginning was too long, too loud, and too offensive. Hurt my head. I had to stop watching.
Many people have the same reaction when hearing the Auburn band.
