Will this Farmall 1256 crank up and drive home?

Our International 1256 threw a rod last spring, and we have been searching for a DT407 block all year. We found this one for sale, complete, with a couple of implements, but it “doesn’t run”.
Did we luck out?

She’s a 54 year old cotton tractor from the MO Bootheel.
There’s not even any wheel brakes left, let alone a transbrake, TA, or park lock.
We bought it for an engine block cause dad’s threw a rod.

No 1256 was ever a Goldie.
If you see one, it’s a fake.
14’s were Goldie’s in 1970.
