First of all beautiful work the plans are amazing im in love with this one but, i have to ask, Any 8x15 with 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with its own bathroom and the other two rooms sharing 1 bathroom) half bathroom in the ground floor and no garage space into the house???? If is not too much asking.

The upstairs section I love the most, often times I see too many rooms and one single bathroom. I also love the fact that the bathroom isn't close to the kitchen hahaha

Plan is good but one thing i didnt liked exactly above the kitchen 1st floors bathrooms of both the bedrooms are located.

I like your house plan except for the second floor. It seems .there’s a lounge added with all the bedrooms. I am confused with the inclusion of such area which serves no purpose. Please explain.

I like the home design it's almost same plan for our future house. The differences are that we would like not to put the garage in the first floor it would be separate then the master bedroom should be in the first floor with own t&b and open space living , dining and kitchen area and there is a powder room.
Second floor we're planning to have 3 bedrooms and 1 t&b.
Thank you for the design home ideas. I would love to see more 2 storey house design with 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets.
