Thankful to acharyaji.I was dibetic for last 15 yrs and hypertensive for last 25 yrs.Blood sugar level was 260.but after joining 4 day camp,it became 98 after natural meals given by sri guptaji.

Fantastic..... Hamare ghr me mostly roti aise hi banti h.....ghar k choker yukt aate me pisa hua chana n soyabean ka ata bhu 1/4 milaya jata h.... Or usne kachchi sabjiya grind kr ke mila dete h.......my mom is not less than a supermom......
