Finally got to take a trip to Kaplan Cycles on 7/3/2024, which was a dream come true for me, as I live in Reno, NV. While I didnt get to meet Ken Sr, I did get to meet Ken Jr and let me tell you that was the icing on the cake. Such a nice guy and absolutely as professional and respectful as they come. The museum was definitely the highlight of my vacation. I can't wait to come back and see what awesome machines they acquire in the meantime. Thank you to the Kaplans for your hospitality.

Change the fuel... crank up the boost to 12psi... get a fuel pump in there that can accommodate the demand.. you'll blow right passed 120hp! Keep on pushin' Ken! I love it!

turbo chargers don't work on 2 strokes, I'm no expert and don't know much but I have read everywhere it doesn't work, its hard to do and is really only decoration if you can get it to work

I have a little tip/ idea for you Ken! The sidecar racing people in europe have been racing bored out 450s in their sidecars for a few years now. The maintain the bolt pattern of the engine. I think the guy who makes them is named paeckli. But you could reach out to Etienne bax for example, he has been running these engines successfully for years. I think that would make a crazy swap motor.
I love Justin's humility and talent. He's a super cool guy, and I hope that I get the chance to meet him, when I'm able to get up there. That is one gorgeous bike, that is gonna be super fast. It's my prediction that Justin's Bike is gonna make that YZ 450 look bad! ML&R. The weather is beautiful in Washington State. I saw a deer jump the fence, from out of the woods, into my Aunt's backyard yesterday. Enjoy your day My Brother and be safe.

my boy street sweeper is on a fueltech ecu..wait till you see his new build. He has a lot tune ability vs the ecu you guys have...they are both bad ass builds and learned a lot from him..

Man seeing that thing up close and personal it was a beast especially when Ken Jr. Told me when you lose air out of the back tire of gaining another 92 absolutely insanity that bike is insanity. Have you tested it up the hill yet?
How about an additional shower injector set up to kick in at.mid revs? That allows use of the stock injector for good low rev response, shoupd solve the need for more fuel up top.

I agree with 2nd injector. Companies like Get Ecu should step up with a software license for this build! We all wanna see this kick ass bike go next level!

On my fz07 turbo running a Kawasaki h2 injector with a rising rate fuel pressure regulator that is boost referenced to raise fuel pressure with boost👍 e85 will help a lot with no intercooler as well but you will need more fuel system that’s where a larger brushless pump comes in
I wander if When the turbo kicks in does it feel similar to a 2T power band.
When the bike isn't fast enough for the Dirt Track. Let's put a Turbo on it and make it a ????
@braxton This maybe a dumb question but doesn't e-85 fuel have ethanol in it? I wanted to ask as I have a KTM 300 xc smoker with a keihin carb and my local shop said stay away from putting e-85 in your Katoom 300 smoker because the ethanol gums up the carb big time! So I always run ethanol free fuel from Sunoco or a VP ethanol free fuel and my 300xc is running great!

The StreetSweeper got a solid 105hp...he said he wants to get it up to 150hp..wants to get 150hp" but it still won't look as good as the Gasgas you got there! Tho we both know it should be on a Honda! 😉

The reason that the stark dynos at 60hp because they’re putting the correction factor on there an electric motor doesn’t work like an engine so it doesn’t need it. I guarantee you that Stark makes 80 hp on a dyno not 60 only one way to find out though get another stark or someone with a stark and put it on your dyno ,should be interested to see , they definitely make a SHIT ton of torque got the pleasure of riding one last Friday

i saw a well done 7 min vid just yesterday of a guy who tapped a cr 500 the vid ws like go pro pov. he had a speedometer hooked to it and said it hit a bit over 82mph nearin 83mph. of course too he mentioned the good torque and power of cr 500 and then added if it was geared right it'd probably hit 100mph.
this bike you guys got here will hit 90+mph... plenty fast enough... huh.

The specs on a 2023 gas gas EC250 is 49.5 horse power. How is A CR 500 only 53 horsepower.
Because they are 53, or thereabouts in horsepower. Did you think a 500 2 stroke is double the horsepower, & double the speed of a 250 2 stroke 🤣? If you did, you should stick to skateboarding 🛹👍.

Since you keep financing, the turbo kid you might be held liable when he breaks the Speed of sound and the bike lift off without a flight schedule
