I'm Transmission mechanic here at Riyadh Trucks Services Center. I'm always calculate and dividing the number of teeth of driven gear and drive gear. But the total answer of gear ratio is wrong. I want only to know if where is the right procedure to calculate the gear ratio of ZF manual transmission.

Need help man with tga 18.360 truck .the gearbox sound and feels like its locked up.wont start if u dont push in the cluctch and when u release the clutch slowly it wanna stall the engine in neutral. and is going in any gear it just stalls the motor

Good day mam/sir. I want only to ask regarding to the Gear ratio of ZF manual transmission..How to determine the gear ratio of ZF manual transmission like 16S 2520 or 16S 1920. How to calculate the exact ratio between Drive gear and Driven Gear or Input gear to Output gear. Thank you so much and Godbless
