I have a very nice (EF) 1865 die no 11 Shilling, with lovely toning - but my best Shilling is a George IV 1824, UNC with THE most beautiful blue toning! I bought it from an amateur coin collector in 1989, for a whole £30 - I still own it. They have lived in a Lindner tray all the time I've owned them - 35 years.
Very interesting 🤔
Thanks for sharing.
