1 whole chicken of around 1 kg
1/2 cup thick yoghurt
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp full red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp tandoori masala powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
orange red food colouring( optional )
1 big lemon juice
chaat masala as per taste

hi yes u can use pressure cooker to steam there would be no whistle put water down then steam like we did in vessel same way the time would be same around 45 minutes for the chicken to cook thorouhly inside out

I added spices and all that in my tummy... It was not as delicious as fried ones... But I think its much healthy that way.. 😋😅.. Real thanks to you...

It's like this curd being sour n adding lemon may add to more sourness...will both the addition leads to right amt of sourness or will it be over the top. I guess placing aluminum foil over the steamed vesselay be better
