Parker says that she is ill prepared again and thanks Darren Star, Michael Patrick King, her agent, HBO, her driver, her husband, the crew, the camera man, the grips, her cast, and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

I don't understand all the negative comments regarding her looks. No, she's not classically beautiful, but I think she looks very striking and pretty here. Plus, she's a great actress which is what really matters.

There's a big difference between an audition, (where how you perform determines whether you possibly get the job or not), and winning an award (which you might not expect), as when you win an award it doesn't really matter how you perform.

her performance doesn't impress me either, but that's just my opinion. And when she plays a role like Carrie in Sex and the City, then yes, we can all judge her appearance too, it should have been an important aspect of the role.
