I don't get that scientific. I think the leather works itself in by having your foot in it. You don't have to walk, your foot in it in combination with your body heat will stretch the shoe. So I'll just be sitting at my computer, wearing a pair that isn't quiet broke in, that might be a little tight for an hour or so. I'll do that 6 or so times. Generally speaking if something is painful to wear, especially after wearing them for a season nothing will really cure that.
Although you seem to be making progress so what do I know?

If more stretching in spots is needed, leather stretch products are available, basically rubbing alcohol and water with perhaps a bit of saddle soap to lubricate and offset any drying effect of the alcohol. Wetting both inside and out in the tight areas, but not beyond, helps avoid stressing seams and overlaps that may be loosened, especially glued spots that aren't also stitched, and the welt between the upper and mid/soles. Prewaxed leather is not going to let the stretching fluid penetrate, so wait until fit is achieved before adding such products. Leaving shoe trees in, or wearing the shoes until the fluid evaporates, is the better option if possible. Heating intentionally is very risky, as mentioned above.
Note also, that many "finished" leathers are actually synthetic surfaces or coatings (95% of all 'leather' car seats and furniture), where any actual leather is covered and no products ever penetrate - and many conditioners are actually made with the vinyl-like surface in mind, not real leather at all.

I use alcohol and water with a semi brute force method. If you can't wear them without pain the amount of "support" doesn't matter.

Could you provide an amazon link to the plastic cards you purchased to stretch your shoes? The ones that i found online are thicker and seem to be for carpentry

Man, what caused the big black line across the vamp/saddle? (Can be seen at 2:09.)

Any guide on how to stretch monk straps in the instep? The straps on mine have 3 holes, middle one is too tight and farthest one is too loose.

This won't work with a generic shoe tree if the shoe is too narrow, correct?
